Precautions for Using Mobile Toilets in Guizhou

Admin October 10, 2026

The following precautions should be taken when using mobile toilets in Guizhou:

I. Check the Hygiene Before Use Mobile toilets are often set up in temporary event venues or remote areas. Before use, check if the interior environment is clean and ensure that basic facilities such as the toilet bowl, flushing device, and hand-washing facilities are intact and odor-free. If significant stains or damaged equipment are found, it is recommended to switch to another available toilet or contact the management personnel for handling.

II. Maintain Interior Hygiene and Facility Integrity During use, take care of the facilities and avoid pressing or hitting the toilet bowl, flushing buttons, etc. forcefully to prevent equipment damage. Dispose of toilet paper and waste in designated trash bins and do not litter randomly. After use, flush the toilet or clean the bowl promptly and keep the countertop and floor dry and clean. For waterless flushing toilets, use specialized degradation materials as instructed to avoid clogging the treatment system.

III. Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection Requirements Water resources in water-flushing mobile toilets are limited. Control the flushing time to avoid prolonged water flow. Outdoor ecological toilets often use microbial degradation technology. Do not discard non-degradable items such as plastic bags and sanitary napkins to avoid damaging the treatment system or polluting the environment. Some toilets are equipped with solar power or water-saving fixtures. Use them in accordance with energy-saving designs to reduce energy consumption.

IV. Safe Use and Risk Prevention Before use, ensure that the toilet is securely fixed and that the floor is free of water or debris to prevent tipping or slipping. Warning signs such as "Caution: Slippery Floor" and "No Smoking" should be posted inside to remind users to pay attention to safety. When leaving, check if the doors and windows are closed to prevent odor diffusion or insect entry. If the toilet shakes, has a strong odor, or has a sewage leak, evacuate immediately and contact the management personnel.

V. Timely Repair and Regular Maintenance If problems such as a clogged toilet bowl, flushing failure, or sewage outlet leakage are found, contact the on-site maintenance personnel immediately. Do not disassemble or repair the equipment yourself. Management personnel should regularly clean and disinfect the interior of the toilet, check the ventilation system, pipeline sealing, and valve status to ensure no odor or insects. The exterior should be cleaned regularly to maintain a clean appearance and extend the service life.

VI. Precautions for Special Scenarios In areas with complex climates such as plateaus and mountains, mobile toilets may be equipped with anti-freezing or heating devices. Use them as instructed to avoid damaging the equipment. In rainy seasons or humid environments, strengthen moisture-proof measures to prevent short circuits in the internal circuits or rusting of metal parts.
