Information about the Guangzhou Prefabricated Housing Exhibition is as follows:

Currently, there are two known editions of the exhibition, namely the 2027 Guangzhou Housing Expo and the 2026 Guangzhou Housing Expo.

2027 Guangzhou Housing Expo:

• Date: May 8 - 10, 2027.
• Venue: Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo.
• Exhibition Scale: The exhibition area exceeds 50,000 square meters, expected to attract over 100,000 professional visitors, gather more than 800 brand exhibitors, and host over 10 high-quality events.
• Exhibit Scope: It covers green prefabricated houses, MiC modular integrated buildings, intelligent construction and new building industrialization technologies, the entire steel structure industry chain, green building materials and prefabricated decoration, building energy efficiency and green building technologies, as well as export certification and international standard services.
• Organizational Structure: It is organized by units such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Prefabricated Building Technology Training Center and the Integrated Building Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Construction. It is undertaken by the Components and Parts Branch of the Guangdong Construction Engineering Green and Prefabricated Development Association and Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. It also receives co-organizing support from institutions such as the National Engineering Research Center for Prefabricated Construction of Civil Engineering Structures at Tongji University and the Intelligent Construction and New Building Industrialization Professional Committee of the China Steel Structure Association.

2026 Guangzhou Housing Expo:

• Date: May 8 - 10, 2026.
• Venue: Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo.
• Exhibition Scale: The exhibition area exceeds 50,000 square meters, expected to attract over 100,000 visitors and gather more than 800 brand exhibitors.
• Exhibit Scope: It focuses on displaying prefabricated modular houses such as container houses, light steel houses, aluminum villas, concrete houses, plastic houses, wooden houses, wood-plastic integrated houses, steel structure houses, space capsules, starry sky houses, and tent houses. It also covers green prefabricated houses, MiC modular integrated buildings, intelligent construction and new building industrialization technologies, integrated design and digital information technologies, section steel/prefabricated concrete components and parts, green building materials and prefabricated decoration, and advanced building energy efficiency and green building technologies.
