Meanwhile, in the first four months of 2026, Guangzhou Customs district exported movable houses worth 1.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.1%. This series of data indicates that Chinese-made prefabricated houses, especially those produced in Guangdong, enjoy high recognition and competitiveness in the international market, selling well overseas and making significant contributions to Guangdong's economic development and foreign trade.

At the technological level, Shenzhen, Guangdong, boasts the world's first flexible intelligent manufacturing production line for concrete modularization, providing advanced manufacturing technology and equipment support for the production of prefabricated concrete houses, enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Guangzhou has also released the country's first unified technical system for modular buildings, dividing the city's modular buildings into four categories. Among them, the "composite concrete system" has been verified for its seismic performance based on component tests and three-story full-scale pseudo-dynamic tests.
