Guangde Prefabricated Panel House Renovation

Admin September 18, 2026

The renovation of prefabricated panel houses in Guangde requires different measures based on specific circumstances. Currently, there are no plans for demolition and reconstruction, but applications can be made for elevator installation, and participation in other renovation projects under the 'one district, one policy' approach is also possible.

Regarding demolition and reconstruction plans: According to relevant regulations such as the 'Regulations on the Administration of Urban Dangerous Houses', Guangde Petroleum Community, as an old residential area, although it completed renovation in 2025, it does not meet the criteria for dangerous houses and thus cannot implement the policy of original demolition and reconstruction. This means that for prefabricated panel houses like those in Guangde Petroleum Community, if they do not meet the definition of dangerous houses, they will not be demolished and rebuilt on the original site.

Regarding elevator installation: Within the scope of Suining City, for multi-owner residential buildings without elevators that are four stories or higher, have legal approval procedures or property rights certificates, and have been completed and put into use, applications can be made for elevator installation as long as the added elevator is within the scope of the original property construction land. There are various ways to raise funds. The owners of the houses can jointly contribute or apply to use the special housing maintenance funds. In addition, the municipal finance will provide a fixed subsidy of 50,000 yuan per elevator, which to some extent reduces the financial pressure on owners for elevator installation.

Regarding other renovations: Guangde City adopts the 'one district, one policy' model for the renovation of old residential communities. The renovation content is rich and diverse, including adding parking spaces to alleviate the problem of difficult parking in the community; installing intelligent surveillance to enhance the security level of the community; increasing green spaces to improve the living environment of the community; setting up fitness facilities to meet the fitness needs of residents; and renovating rain and sewage pipelines to solve the problem of poor drainage in the community. These renovation measures aim to comprehensively improve the living quality of old residential communities and make residents' lives more comfortable and convenient.
