Green Prefabricated Assembly House
The green prefabricated assembly house is a building form that transfers traditional on-site operations to factories and is assembled on-site using prefabricated components. It offers advantages such as environmental protection, efficiency, scientific design, safety, and energy conservation. Currently, it is in the early stages of development and is supported by policies.

1. Significant Green and Environmental Protection Characteristics
This building form focuses on the resource utilization of waste materials, using straw, construction waste, slag, fly ash, and other materials as raw materials to produce building materials through specific processes. For example, research teams mix straw with construction waste and special polymer materials in proportion, solving the problem of waste disposal and reducing dependence on natural resources. This model effectively reduces carbon emissions and environmental pollution in traditional building material production, aligning with sustainable development concepts.
2. Substantial Improvement in Construction Efficiency
Components are standardized and produced in factories before being transported to the site for assembly, significantly shortening the main structure construction period. For instance, a 200-square-meter eco-tech house can have its main structure completed in just 5 days, compared to 3-10 days for traditional rural houses. Factory production avoids the drawbacks of on-site wet operations affected by weather and improves construction precision and efficiency through mechanized operations, significantly shortening the overall project cycle.
3. Combination of Scientific Design and Flexibility
Modular and standardized design is adopted, with uniform component sizes that can be combined. This supports both large-scale batch construction and the realization of diverse architectural styles through different component combinations. This design model ensures building quality stability while meeting personalized needs, providing technical support for improving rural architectural landscapes.
4. Outstanding Safety Performance and Durability
The house structure achieves overall molding by reserving gaps and pouring adhesives, enhancing wind and earthquake resistance. Measured data shows that its service life can exceed 50 years, far surpassing traditional brick-concrete structures. The application of new energy-saving materials such as rock wool further improves wall insulation performance, reducing heating and cooling energy consumption by more than 30% compared to ordinary rural houses in winter and summer.
5. Parallel Policy Support and Market Development
Currently, this field is in the early stages of development, with multiple regions promoting technology implementation through pilot projects. Taking Hunan Province as an example, by 2024, more than 1,000 sets of prefabricated green rural houses have been built, with the number of related enterprises increasing to 21. A development goal of completing 30,000 sets of construction and achieving a production value of 15 billion yuan by 2026 has been set. At the policy level, a subsidy model of 'primarily self-financed by farmers, with reductions from enterprises and rewards from the government' has been adopted, reducing the cost of rural house construction for farmers and promoting technology popularization.
