Gansu Connected Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

Gansu connected mobile toilets typically adopt modular assembly design, featuring rapid deployment and strong environmental adaptability. Their internal treatment systems mainly rely on waterless packing, microbial degradation, or physical separation technologies, effectively addressing odor and water consumption issues.

Modular Assembly Design: Rapid Deployment and Flexible Adaptation

Mobile toilets in Gansu often utilize modular design, with the core being the prefabrication of restroom units in factories, including structural frameworks, internal facilities (such as toilets and sinks), and sewage systems, followed by transportation to the site for assembly. This design significantly shortens the construction period, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring rapid deployment, such as temporary events, scenic spots, or remote areas. The modular structure can adjust its layout according to the terrain, for example, achieving stable installation on mountainous or uneven ground by adding or removing modules or adjusting connection methods, while also supporting later functional expansion or relocation and reorganization, offering high flexibility.

Internal Treatment Systems: Emphasis on Environmental Protection and Water Conservation

The internal treatment systems of mobile toilets in Gansu are mainly divided into three categories, all optimized for arid or water-scarce regions:

  1. Waterless Packing Type: Collects excreta in biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically sealed and stored in dedicated containers after use, with regular cleaning by specialized personnel. This technology requires no water at all, making it suitable for water-scarce environments, and the plastic bags are biodegradable, reducing pollution.
  2. Microbial Degradation Type: Utilizes specific microbial communities to decompose excreta into harmless substances (such as carbon dioxide and water), without the need for flushing and without odor during the process. These toilets require regular addition of microbial strains and control of temperature and humidity, but have low long-term operating costs, making them suitable for fixed locations with high foot traffic.
  3. Physical Separation Type: Separates urine from solids through gravity or mechanical separation, with the urine being disinfected and then directly discharged or used for irrigation, and the solids being compressed and stored. This technology offers significant water-saving effects but requires supporting separation equipment, resulting in higher initial investment.

Environmental Adaptability: Coping with Complex Climates and Terrains

Gansu has an arid climate with large temperature differences between day and night, and strong winds and sand in some areas. The modular structure of mobile toilets adopts high-strength materials (such as galvanized steel plates and anticorrosive wood) and sealed designs to resist sand erosion and extreme temperatures. Meanwhile, the sewage system is equipped with anti-freezing devices (such as electric tracing pipes) to prevent pipeline freezing at low temperatures, ensuring normal operation in winter. Additionally, some models integrate solar panels to power lighting or ventilation systems, further reducing reliance on external energy sources.

In summary, Gansu connected mobile toilets achieve rapid deployment, water and energy conservation, and low maintenance costs through modular design and environmentally friendly treatment technologies, making them the preferred option for public sanitation facilities in arid regions.
