Inspection of Mobile Environmental Toilets in Fuzhou

Admin September 20, 2026

The inspection of mobile environmental toilets in Fuzhou should be comprehensively evaluated from five aspects: structural safety, sanitary conditions, electrical systems, operational status, and environmental performance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and qualification requirements. The specific inspection contents are as follows:

1. Structural Safety Inspection
Evaluate whether the strength of the frame material meets standards, the stability of connecting components (such as bolts and rivets), and the actual effectiveness of the overall structure in terms of waterproofing, wind resistance, and earthquake resistance design. For example, the frame material must pass tensile and compressive tests, with no looseness or deformation at connections; the waterproof layer must be fully covered to prevent rainwater leakage; the wind resistance design must ensure structural stability in extreme weather conditions; and the earthquake resistance performance must meet local seismic rating requirements.

2. Sanitary Conditions Inspection
Focus on checking whether the surface of the toilet bowl is smooth and crack-free to avoid dirt residue; whether cleaning tools (such as brushes and disinfectants) are fully equipped and easily accessible; and whether the sewage system is tested for pipeline patency to eliminate the risk of blockage or leakage. For example, the surface roughness of the toilet bowl must be below 0.8μm to reduce bacterial attachment; the sewage pipeline must pass pressure tests to ensure no leakage occurs.

3. Electrical System Inspection
Verify the safety of the power supply lines (such as insulation performance and grounding protection), whether the installation positions of sockets are away from water sources and ergonomically designed, and whether the lighting equipment (such as LED lights) is functioning properly. For outdoor equipment, focus on inspecting the waterproof performance of electrical appliances, such as sockets needing to meet the IPX4 waterproof standard to prevent short circuits caused by rainwater intrusion.

4. Operational Status Inspection
Record whether the equipment produces abnormal noise or vibration during actual use, analyze the service life and maintenance records (such as cleaning frequency and component replacement cycles), and evaluate the overall condition of the equipment. For example, if the equipment has been in use for more than 5 years and lacks maintenance records, it is recommended to strengthen inspections or replace key components.

5. Environmental Performance Inspection
Confirm whether the sewage treatment system is effective, whether it can achieve sewage resource utilization (such as reclaimed water reuse) or harmless treatment (such as chemical disinfection); and monitor the energy consumption of the equipment, prioritizing low-energy models. For example, the sewage treatment system must pass COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) tests to ensure that the discharged water quality meets the 'Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants'.

Compliance Requirements: All inspections must be carried out by professional technicians, with results reported to relevant departments or users and improvement suggestions provided; the equipment must comply with the 'Standard for the Installation of Urban Environmental Sanitation Facilities' and provide product quality inspection reports; the leasing unit must have environmental protection department registration qualifications, and wastewater discharge must comply with local standards.
