Fuyang Garden Mobile Toilets
Fuyang Garden has added 20 mobile public toilets to address the issues of uneven distribution of public toilets and difficulties for citizens in finding restrooms. The specifications and functional designs of these toilets balance practicality and humanization.
I. Toilet Specifications and Core Configurations
The newly added mobile public toilets adopt standardized designs, with specifications of 4 toilet stalls + 1 urinal stall + 1 management room + a third toilet (for special needs). The overall dimensions are 11,000mm in length × 2,500mm in width × 3,100mm in height (adjusted to 3,700mm in some areas due to terrain). Each toilet is equipped with a 9-cubic-meter fiberglass septic tank buried underground to ensure harmless treatment of sewage.
The third toilet (for special needs) is a key highlight, specifically designed for the elderly, children, and individuals with mobility impairments, featuring barrier-free facilities that reflect social care. The interior of the toilets is fully equipped with basic facilities, including squat toilets, grooming mirrors, stainless steel assist handles, coat hooks, exhaust fans, LED energy-saving lights, faucets, and washbasins, meeting daily usage needs.
II. Intelligent and Safety Features
The toilets incorporate multiple intelligent technologies to enhance the user experience:
- Intelligent Display and Voice System: LED screens display real-time “Occupied/Unoccupied” status and automatically control the lights, exhaust fans, and audio, achieving a balance between energy efficiency and convenience.
- Emergency Assistance Function: Each toilet stall is equipped with an assistance button. When pressed, the management room's main unit immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm, ensuring rapid response and rescue by management personnel.
- Bilingual Prompts: The display system supports scrolling prompts in both Chinese and English, catering to diverse user groups.

The 20 toilets are distributed across multiple key areas in Fuyang Garden, with specific locations as follows:
- 100 meters southwest of the intersection of Shahe Road and Lianhua Road (outside the brewery wall)
- 200 meters west of the intersection of Huaihe Road and Chengquan Road
- 100 meters southwest of the intersection of Nanjing Road and Xihu Avenue, west side of the road
- North side of Qinghe Road, west end of Qiyuhe Bridge
- 200 meters north of the intersection of Qiyuhe West Road and Xihu Avenue
- West side of Nanjing Road, opposite No. 17 Middle School
- 150 meters south of the intersection of Qiyuhe East Road and Liuqi Road, opposite Chengjiao Community
- North side parking lot at the east end of Yingbin Road
- 200 meters south of Xingfu Road
- 100 meters southeast of the intersection of Xingfu West Road and Guoyang Road in Yingdong District
- Inside the Golden Triangle Green Space
