Foldable Mobile Toilet Production

Admin October 22, 2026

No detailed tutorial on the production of foldable mobile toilets has been found yet, but you can refer to the production cases of movable toilets and combine them with foldable design ideas for a try.

Production Cases of Movable Toilets for Reference

  • Production using water storage tanks and pallets: A young man fixed universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet with tools, placed water storage tanks retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet, and used an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines on the top of the water storage tanks to form open-top tanks. He then inverted another open-top water storage tank and stacked it on the first one, fixed the outer frame with self-tapping screws, and cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway. He made a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, inserted an elbow, and connected a water pipe. He installed and fixed a toilet, fixed water pipes on the wall with clamps, and installed faucets, pipe caps, and washbasins. He connected the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, installed a toilet seat and a spray showerhead, and made a toilet door using wooden boards and hinges and installed a door handle.
  • Production using buckets: He installed universal wheels on a wooden board as a base, placed cut buckets on it, fixed the bucket bodies with wooden strips, cut the buckets to make entrances and exits, and wrapped and fixed the cut edges with wooden boards. He extended and heightened the structure with aluminum-plastic panels, installed bucket lids, and processed and installed wooden doors with wood. He marked hole positions at the bottom, made holes, connected elbow drain pipes, and installed floor drains. He drilled holes in the middle of the side and bottom of a green bucket to install water pipe connectors, placed the green bucket on the top bucket lid, made a showerhead with PVC pipes and connected water pipes, installed valve switches and tee pipes, drilled holes in the middle of the base for the toilet drain pipe, installed a new toilet, and applied sealant.

Foldable Design Ideas

  • Structural selection: Consider using lightweight, sturdy, and somewhat flexible materials, such as an aluminum alloy frame paired with foldable panels like plastic panels or special composite material panels. This can ensure the strength of the toilet while facilitating folding.
  • Folding method: For the wall part of the toilet, it can be designed in a style similar to a folding screen, with hinges connecting each panel to achieve the folding and unfolding of the wall. The roof part can adopt a retractable or foldable support structure paired with foldable waterproof tarpaulins.
  • Handling of functional components: Functional components such as toilets and washbasins can be selected in detachable or foldable styles. For example, a foldable plastic toilet can be used for the toilet, and a foldable silicone washbasin can be selected for the washbasin. When not in use, they can be folded up to reduce space occupation.
