Foldable Mobile Ecological Toilet
The foldable mobile ecological toilet features material innovation, dynamic stability, a miniaturized closed-loop system for water circulation and waste treatment, a demand-response model, and practical design.

Material Innovation: It is composed of an alloy frame with shape-memory properties and high-density polymer panels. This material combination allows the toilet to deform controllably under stress and return to its original shape under specific triggering conditions after the external force is removed. When folded, its volume can be reduced to less than 30% of its expanded state, significantly reducing space occupation in storage and logistics, thereby lowering energy consumption.
Dynamic Stability System: It consists of multi-point self-balancing feet and a real-time center-of-gravity adjustment mechanism. Built-in sensors accurately detect ground unevenness and automatically adjust the height of each foot through micro-hydraulic or electric actuators, ensuring the main structure remains level and stable at all times. When subjected to external impacts, some structural components can elastically deform to absorb energy and then automatically reset, enabling rapid deployment on various complex terrains such as unpaved ground and temporary sites.
Miniaturized Closed-Loop System for Water Circulation and Waste Treatment: It integrates a vacuum suction or micro-water flushing system, using extremely low water per flush. Sewage enters an built-in primary biological treatment chamber for degradation by immobilized microbial films. The liquid portion is directed to a water purification module composed of evaporation and condensation units, which utilizes solar energy or its own stored electricity to evaporate and condense the water, collecting it as reclaimed water for reuse in flushing. Solid residues are compressed, dried, and packaged for subsequent centralized resource recovery treatment.
Demand-Response Model in Public Health Applications: Its deployment is primarily based on real-time data analysis, such as heat maps of pedestrian flow at large events, passenger flow forecasts at transportation hubs, or seasonal tourism fluctuations. Before peak demand occurs, facilities are pre-scheduled to target areas and can be quickly withdrawn after use, restoring the site to its original condition. This enables flexible response to emergency sanitation needs during unexpected events (such as temporary shelters after natural disasters), improving the efficiency of public resource utilization and emergency service capabilities.
Practical Design: Some companies have redesigned it into a foldable structure with a height of only 36 inches, making it easy to pull away and simplifying transportation significantly.
