Finished Prefabricated House Customization Process

Admin September 18, 2026

The customization process of finished prefabricated houses mainly includes seven stages: site selection and design, customized production and modular packaging, material preparation and production, full-truck transportation to ports, overseas shipping and global sales, on-site assembly and rapid formation, and transportation, installation, and acceptance.

Site Selection and Design: First, select an appropriate construction site and comprehensively evaluate key factors such as the surrounding environment and geological conditions to ensure the safety and stability of house construction. Design the house blueprint meticulously according to customer needs, divide the house into modules, and then formulate detailed design plans and production schedules based on the modules. This process usually requires collaboration with professional architectural design teams or companies to ensure the rationality and practicality of the design.

Customized Production and Modular Packaging: Conduct batch customized production of modules in the factory according to customers' specific requirements for house type, style, and functionality. After production, uniformly code and classify all modules for acceptance, and take protective measures such as waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and anti-seismic treatment to make them suitable for overseas shipping environments.

Material Preparation and Production: Prepare sufficient materials such as cement and steel bars in advance to ensure an uninterrupted supply. Conduct batch production of modular components in the factory according to the design plan, strictly control quality, ensure that all components are precisely sized, and carry out proper curing work to ensure the best product quality.

Full-Truck Transportation to Ports: Transport the finished modules to domestic ports via special flatbed trucks. Their sizes are fully compatible with international standard shipping containers, effectively utilizing space and reducing transportation costs.

Overseas Shipping and Global Sales: The packaged house modules are shipped to more than 150 countries and regions worldwide on ocean-going cargo ships. The shipping time varies by region, with Southeast Asia reachable in one week, the Middle East in more than 20 days, and Europe and the Americas in about one month, with full logistics traceability throughout the process.

On-Site Assembly and Rapid Formation: After arriving at the destination port, the modules are directly transported to the construction site. There is no need for wall building, plastering, or pipeline laying. Simply use cranes for lifting and interface connection, align and lock them like assembling Lego blocks, and connect the water and electricity to complete house construction.

Transportation, Installation, and Acceptance: Transport all prefabricated house components to the site and carry out installation work for the main structure and supporting ancillary facilities (such as electrical systems and plumbing systems) according to the design drawings and construction plans. Strict inspections and acceptances are required at each stage, and only qualified work can proceed to the next stage.
