Factory Mobile Toilet

Admin September 24, 2026

A factory mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole, providing toilet services to the public and customers, and comes in various types and configurations.

I. Basic Components A factory mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device, among others. These components work together to ensure the basic functions of the toilet are realized, such as the collection and treatment of feces, cleaning needs like hand washing, structural stability and safety, and ease of movement.

II. Type Classification

  1. By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single-structure type is relatively simple and independent, suitable for places with limited space or high flexibility requirements; the composite-structure type may be composed of multiple single units, offering richer functions and suitable for areas with high pedestrian traffic.
  2. By movement method: They are classified into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. The lifting and handling types are usually smaller in volume and lighter in weight, and can be moved by cranes or manual handling; the powered and towed types are equipped with power devices or towing structures, making movement more convenient and suitable for long-distance or frequent movement scenarios.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush type mobile toilets, and dry-packing type mobile toilets. The water-flush type uses water to flush feces, offering high cleanliness but consuming water resources; the waterless suction type collects feces through a suction device without using water; the circulating water-flush type recycles water, saving water resources; the dry-packing type packs feces in bags for easy treatment and transportation.

III. Configuration Features Some mobile toilets are small and smart, equipped with a complete set of internal feces collection systems, hand washing basins, smart mirrors, breathing lights, etc., enhancing the user experience and a sense of technology; there are also cost-effective two-squat-position mobile toilets, which are made of galvanized steel frames as a whole, sturdy and durable, with anti-asphalt tiles on top, mobile hooks for easy lifting and moving, and rain-proof corridors, adapting to different environmental needs.
