Ezhou Construction Site Mobile Toilet

Admin October 19, 2026

The mobile toilet at the construction site in Ezhou is an important temporary sanitation facility that ensures the continuity of operations, featuring environmental protection, convenience, and strong adaptability.

Core System Composition

The core system of the mobile toilet consists of a sewage storage tank, a flushing circulation device, and an odor removal system. The sewage storage tank is made of high-density polyethylene, which is resistant to acid-base corrosion and ultraviolet aging, effectively preventing sewage leakage and soil pollution. The flushing system is usually foot-operated or hand-operated, with each flush volume controlled between 0.3 and 0.5 liters, only one-tenth of that of a household toilet, significantly saving water resources. The odor removal system adsorbs hydrogen sulfide and ammonia molecules through an activated carbon filter, while the biodegradable bacteria agent pre-placed in the sewage storage tank decomposes organic matter, effectively controlling odors.

Structural and Installation Features

The mobile toilet adopts an independent chassis structure and can be directly placed on compacted and leveled plain soil or concrete pads without the need for excavating drainage ditches or pre-embedding pipes, making installation convenient. The bottom of the equipment is equipped with adjustable support legs that can adapt to ground slope differences within 3 degrees, ensuring stability. In rental services, two specifications are generally provided: single-person squatting positions (about 80 kilograms) and double-person squatting positions (about 120 kilograms), both equipped with lifting rings or forklift slots for easy transportation by tower cranes or forklifts.

Waste Disposal Method

Waste disposal is carried out by the rental party using vacuum suction trucks according to the contractually agreed cycle (usually 3 to 7 days). A special hose is connected to the sewage discharge valve at the bottom of the toilet, and the mixture in the sewage storage tank is suctioned into the onboard tank using negative pressure principles, ensuring hygiene and environmental protection.

Winter Anti-freezing Measures

In winter construction, the anti-freezing measures for the mobile toilet rely on the physical properties of the materials. The sewage storage tank adopts a double-layer structure with a 3-centimeter-thick polyurethane foam insulation layer between the inner and outer walls, which can delay the freezing speed in an environment of minus 10 degrees Celsius. The flushing pipes are equipped with anti-freezing spring valves that automatically discharge residual water when the water pressure disappears, preventing pipe damage from ice expansion. The average daily water consumption of a single mobile toilet is about 15 to 20 liters, much lower than that of traditional toilets.

Selection and Rental Considerations

When selecting a mobile toilet, site conditions need to be considered: for soft soil or lawn sites, wheeled models should be chosen to avoid getting stuck; construction sites near water sources can consider water-flush types, while waterless environments should prioritize packaged types. For mountain projects, attention should be paid to the equipment volume, as narrow mountain roads may require disassemblable structures. The rental plan should clearly specify whether it includes delivery, installation, waste disposal, and emergency response mechanisms for equipment failures.
