Introduction to the Structure of Environmental Protection Mobile Toilets
Admin October 05, 2026
Environmental protection mobile toilets mainly have two structural types: frame-type structures and integrated shell with reinforced chassis structures. Here is a detailed introduction:

Frame-type Structure
- Frame Composition: The frame-type structure of environmental protection mobile toilets is primarily welded from steel. The bottom is usually welded using channel steel or I-beams. This type of steel has high strength and stability, capable of bearing the entire weight of the toilet and various pressures generated during use, providing a solid foundation for the whole toilet. The columns are made of square steel. The regular shape of square steel facilitates connection and fixation with other components, while also ensuring the verticality and stability of the structure, making the overall toilet structure more robust.
- Wall Installation: On the constructed frame, wall materials are installed. There is a wide variety of available wall materials, including color steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, anti-corrosion wood, fiberglass reinforced plastic, and stainless steel. Color steel plates have the advantages of being lightweight, having high strength, and being easy to install. Moreover, they come in a rich variety of colors, meeting different aesthetic requirements. Metal carved plates not only have good decorative properties but also possess certain thermal insulation capabilities. Aluminum-plastic plates are lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant. Anti-corrosion wood gives a natural and warm feeling while having good moisture and corrosion resistance. Fiberglass reinforced plastic is lightweight, has high strength, and exhibits good chemical corrosion resistance. Stainless steel is favored for its excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
- Hoisting Requirements: The frame-type structural design fully considers the convenience of mobility and installation, meeting hoisting requirements. This allows environmental protection mobile toilets to be easily transported to different locations for installation and use according to the needs of actual usage scenarios, greatly enhancing their flexibility and adaptability.
Integrated Shell with Reinforced Chassis Structure
This structure involves manufacturing the toilet shell through an integrated molding process. This technique ensures the integrity and tightness of the shell, reducing gaps and connection points, thereby improving the toilet's waterproof and leak-proof performance. At the same time, equipped with a reinforced chassis, it further enhances the stability and load-bearing capacity of the toilet, making it safer and more reliable during movement and use.
