They have poor earthquake resistance and lack systematic maintenance, exposing hidden dangers in the safety and durability of old prefabricated houses.

II. Production Capacity of Local Enterprises for Prefabricated Components

Chengdu Hengcheng Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd.: Established in 2008, it holds the qualification of "Pre-mixed Concrete Professional Contracting without Grade Limitation" and its business covers the manufacture and sales of cement products and concrete structural components. It has the production and sales capacity for prefabricated concrete components. Its products may include standardized components such as prefabricated floor slabs and wall panels, providing material support for local construction projects.
2. Dujiangyan Investment Lafarge New Building Materials Industrial Park: This project has a total investment of 300 million yuan and is constructed in two phases. Phase I has completed the construction of a commercial concrete mixing plant, and Phase II plans to introduce a resource recycling production line and an ultra-high-performance concrete production line. Ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) has characteristics such as high strength and high durability and can be used to produce prefabricated components. In the future, it may extend to the field of prefabricated buildings, improving the technological level of local prefabricated components.

III. Summary of the Current Situation and Outlook
At present, there is no mention of large-scale concrete prefabricated housing projects or related policies in Dujiangyan City. However, there is an urgent need to renovate old prefabricated panel houses in urban villages, and it is necessary to improve living safety through shantytown renovation or reinforcement projects. At the same time, local enterprises already have a foundation for the production of prefabricated components. In the future, they can combine new building material technologies (such as UHPC) to promote the development of prefabricated buildings and provide safer and more efficient prefabricated solutions for new housing construction.
