Production of Direct-Discharge Mobile Toilets

Admin September 24, 2026

There are several methods for producing direct-discharge mobile toilets, and you can choose the appropriate plan based on your needs and materials:

I. Bucket Modification Method

  1. Base Production: Select wooden boards as the basic framework and install universal wheels to enable mobility. Fix the cut bucket onto the base as the main sewage storage container.
  2. Structural Reinforcement: Reinforce along the outer wall of the bucket with wooden strips and cut out a doorway for people to enter and exit. The doorway size should conform to ergonomics to ensure ease of use.
  3. Space Enclosure: Use aluminum-plastic panels to raise the height around the bucket, forming an independent toilet space. The internal wooden strips should be painted with white paint for moisture resistance and improved hygiene.
  4. Drainage System: Mark the drainage hole positions on the base, install elbow drainage pipes, and connect them to floor drains to ensure smooth sewage discharge. Drill holes on the side to install water pipe connectors and connect an external green bucket as the flushing water source.
  5. Detail Refinement: Install the toilet and apply sealant to prevent leaks. Make a wooden door and fix it to the door frame to complete the basic functional setup.

II. Water Storage Tank Stacking Method

  1. Mobile Chassis: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet and place a water storage tank as the main structure.
  2. Tank Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut the top of the water storage tank to form an opening; stack another open-top tank upside down and fix it with self-tapping screws to create a double-layer sewage storage space.
  3. Functional Openings: Cut a doorway on the side of the tank and make a hole in the internal floor to install a drainage elbow to ensure directional sewage discharge.
  4. Sanitary Facility Installation: Fix the toilet and connect it to the drainage system. Install a faucet, a washbasin, and a showerhead to meet basic washing needs.
  5. Accessory Refinement: Add a toilet seat to improve comfort, make a toilet door and install it to complete the overall enclosure.

III. Custom Processing Method

  1. Material Selection: Select materials such as color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, or aluminum-plastic panels according to the usage scenarios (such as municipal areas, scenic spots, and construction sites), taking into account both durability and aesthetics.
  2. Sewage Discharge Methods: Provide various technical solutions including water flushing, packing, foaming, and microbial decomposition. For example, the water-flushing type requires the configuration of a water tank and sewage discharge pipes; the microbial decomposition type degrades feces through microbial colonies, reducing water consumption.
  3. Modular Design: Support customization of size and function and can integrate lighting, ventilation, and deodorization systems to adapt to different environmental requirements.

Precautions: During the production process, ensure that the structure is stable and well-sealed to prevent sewage leakage; if used in public places, it should comply with hygiene standards and be regularly maintained.
