Dimensions of Three-Toilet-Compartment Mobile Toilets
Admin October 10, 2026
The dimensions of three-toilet-compartment mobile toilets vary depending on the layout and internal configuration. Common specifications are as follows:

Standard Three-Squat-Position (Side-by-Side)
In this type of mobile toilet, the three toilet compartments are arranged in a straight line. It usually does not come with a management room, and the overall structure is compact, suitable for scenarios with limited space or temporary use.
- Overall dimensions: The length is approximately 3.1 to 3.5 meters, the width is about 1.1 to 1.2 meters, and the height is around 2.3 to 2.4 meters.
- Internal dimensions of each compartment: The length of a regular squat position is about 1.2 to 1.5 meters, and the width is about 0.9 to 1.2 meters. This size can meet basic usage requirements, but it should be noted that the internal space is relatively compact, and the layout of the door, flushing equipment, and ventilation openings needs to be reasonably planned.
Three-Squat-Position with Management Room (Combined Type)
In addition to the three toilet compartments, this type of mobile toilet also has an added management room for storing cleaning tools, consumables, or serving as a temporary rest area for staff. The overall size is larger, suitable for long-term use or scenarios with a demand for management functions.
- Overall dimensions: The length is approximately 5.7 to 6.0 meters, the width is about 2.3 to 2.7 meters, and the height is around 2.5 to 2.8 meters. The management room is usually located at one end of the toilet, accounting for about one-third to one-half of the total area, and its size needs to be adjusted according to actual functional requirements.
- Internal dimensions of each compartment:
- Regular squat position: The length is about 1.2 to 1.5 meters, and the width is about 0.9 to 1.2 meters, the same as the side-by-side type.
- Accessible toilet compartment (optional configuration): The length is about 1.7 to 2.0 meters, and the width is about 1.3 to 1.5 meters. This type of compartment needs to reserve space for wheelchair turning and be equipped with handrails, low-level sinks, and other facilities. The dimensions must strictly comply with accessible design standards.
Notes:
- The actual dimensions may be slightly adjusted due to the manufacturer's production process, material thickness, or additional functions (such as air conditioning and fresh air systems). Specific product parameters should be referred to.
- The height design should take into account transportation restrictions (such as road height limits) and usage comfort, usually not lower than 2.3 meters.
- If special dimensions (such as a long and narrow or irregular structure) need to be customized, it is necessary to communicate with the manufacturer in advance about structural stability and usage safety.
