I. Mobile Toilet Rental Services The Dazhu region offers rental services for mobile toilets, covering various types such as mobile restrooms, mobile washrooms, mobile public toilets, portable toilets, and temporary toilets. The service network is widely distributed, covering various regions across the country, and can meet temporary needs in different areas. These services are mainly suitable for short-term or temporary scenarios, such as marathons, concerts, music festivals, construction sites, etc., solving the toilet problems in crowded areas through flexible deployment.
II. Progress of the Rural "Toilet Revolution" Since 2022, Dazhu County has systematically promoted the rural "toilet revolution" with the core goal of improving rural sanitation conditions. In 2024, it plans to newly build or renovate 3,069 rural harmless sanitary toilets, covering 12 townships (streets) and 30 villages (communities). Among them, 16 villages will implement whole-village promotion, and 14 villages will carry out scattered household renovations. The whole-village promotion areas require the popularity rate of harmless sanitary toilets and the harmless treatment rate of toilet feces to both reach over 90%, and a preliminary long-term maintenance mechanism has been established.

Technical Standards and Implementation Specifications The construction of rural harmless sanitary toilets strictly follows the national "Technical Specifications for the Construction of Rural Three-Compartment Household Toilets" (GB/T 38836-2020), focusing on the use of basalt three-compartment septic tank technology. This technology achieves harmless treatment of feces through three-stage anaerobic fermentation and has advantages such as stable structure, corrosion resistance, and long service life. On October 21, 2022, the Dazhu County Rural Revitalization Bureau held a on-site promotion meeting in Wufeng Village, Baita Street, introducing in detail the installation points of the septic tank and the construction standards for compliant toilet houses, and driving more than 200 villagers to participate in the renovation through pilot demonstrations.
IV. Policy Guarantees and Demonstration Effects Dazhu County promotes the renovation work through the model of "government guidance + villager participation", with Wufeng Village in Baita Street serving as a pilot village, providing replicable experience for the entire county. At the policy level, emphasis is placed on both technical specifications and long-term maintenance, ensuring that the renovated toilets continue to exert sanitation benefits and effectively improve the quality of life for rural residents.
