Creative Mobile Toilet Renovation

Admin September 21, 2026

There are multiple ways to renovate creative mobile toilets. Here are some specific cases and key points:

Making a movable toilet using a water storage tank: First, split the water storage tank in half with an angle grinder and fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Then, use wooden strips to increase the height of the tank. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage tank, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and insert plastic soft boards to create an elevated wall. Place the upper half on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply white waterproof paint to enhance its appearance. Next, use foam strips to piece together discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Cut a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Cut holes on the side and bottom of the plastic tank and install direct connectors. Place the plastic tank on the roof as a small water storage device and connect a water pipe-made bath heater. Install a tee under the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, fixing them with glass glue. Finally, connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank, horizontally connect a water pipe at the tee of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink, and cut a hole in the door to install a connector.

Building a mobile toilet using two chemical tanks: Find two large chemical tanks, remove the steel bars on top, and use a cutting machine to completely cut off the lids of the plastic tanks. Place the two plastic tanks upside down together and fix two iron frames on the top and bottom. Cut an opening the size of a door frame on one side and make corresponding cuts on the inner plastic tank. Get rectangular iron sheets and fix the gaps between the two plastic tanks with screws. Cut holes at the corners of the plastic tanks, install PVC pipes, apply sealant, and cut off the excess PVC pipes. Place the toilet on top, install the toilet tank properly, and fix it with glue. Connect and install the water inlet pipe and the sink. Make a showerhead with a PVC pipe and connect and install it. Install two wooden doors with hinges and handles, extend and connect the water inlet pipe, test all functions, and connect the drain to a water pipe and a septic tank.

Upgrading mobile public toilets: Upgrade mobile public toilets on Shiji Avenue at Weifang Road and Zhangyang Road at Miaopu Road. The exterior uses soft colors such as light beige and light brown as the base, with dark blue outlining the frames and accenting the details. A third toilet is added to facilitate the elderly and families with children. At the intersection of Shiji Avenue and Weifang Road, a mobile public toilet has an added "sanitation station" with complete facilities, including a refrigerator, shower room, microwave oven, and charging ports.
