Courtyard-style Mobile Toilet

Admin October 05, 2026

The courtyard-style mobile toilet is a type of mobile toilet specifically designed for places such as villa areas. It features flexible mobility and diverse functions, meeting the toilet needs in specific scenarios.

Structural Composition

The courtyard-style mobile toilet typically consists of core components such as a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. Among them, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect excreta, and some models are equipped with disposal units for preliminary purification. The walls and roof are mostly made of materials like fiberglass-reinforced plastic and color-coated steel, offering both lightness and durability. The mobile device, depending on the design, can support various moving methods such as hoisting, handling, or powered towing.

Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: It is divided into single-unit structures and composite structures. The single-unit structure is an independent unit suitable for places with limited space. The composite structure is composed of multiple modules and can expand functional areas (such as management rooms and barrier-free facilities).
  2. By moving method: It includes hoisting/handling types (requiring mechanical equipment for movement) and powered/towing types (with built-in power or connectable to vehicles for towing). The latter is more suitable for scenarios that require frequent position adjustments.
  3. By sewage treatment method:
    • Water-flush and waterless-flush suction types: They rely on a water source for flushing, and the sewage needs to be regularly suctioned and treated. The waterless-flush type reduces water usage through vacuum suction or chemical agents.
    • Recirculating water-flush type: It is equipped with a water treatment system that purifies the sewage for recirculating use, suitable for areas with water shortages.
    • Dry-packing type: It uses degradable bags to collect excreta without flushing, and the bags are uniformly treated later, highlighting environmental friendliness.

Material Selection

The walls and roof commonly use fiberglass-reinforced plastic or color-coated steel. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for humid environments. Color-coated steel is widely used in temporary or semi-permanent buildings due to its high strength and low cost. Some high-end models also adopt stainless steel or anti-corrosion wood to enhance aesthetics and durability.

Application Scenarios

Due to its small footprint and flexible mobility, the courtyard-style mobile toilet is often used in villa areas, high-end communities, temporary facilities in scenic spots, or event sites. Its design takes into account both practicality and aesthetics, harmonizing with the surrounding environment while meeting environmental protection requirements, making it an important supporting facility in modern outdoor spaces.
