Container House Electrical Box
Admin September 15, 2026
The configuration of electrical boxes for container houses should be designed according to specific uses, power requirements, and safety standards, typically involving the selection of distribution box types, planning of installation locations, and implementation of safety protection measures.

1. Selection of Distribution Box Types
- Standard Distribution Boxes: Suitable for power distribution in ordinary container houses, such as basic power needs for lighting and sockets. These distribution boxes typically feature overload and short-circuit protection functions to ensure electrical safety.
- Special Distribution Boxes: For container houses with specific purposes, such as data centers and medical modules, distribution boxes with higher protection levels and special functions, such as dustproof, waterproof, and explosion-proof features, are required.
- Smart Distribution Boxes: Integrated with remote monitoring and energy management functions, these are suitable for container house projects that require real-time monitoring of power usage, such as temporary office areas and commercial pop-up stores.
2. Planning of Installation Locations
- Indoor Installation: Distribution boxes should be installed in dry, well-ventilated locations that are easy to operate and maintain, avoiding areas that are damp, high-temperature, or prone to mechanical damage.
- Outdoor Installation: If container houses require outdoor installation of distribution boxes, products with higher waterproof and dustproof ratings should be selected and installed in shaded, rain-protected areas, ensuring sufficient operating space around the distribution boxes.
3. Safety Protection Measures
- Grounding Protection: Distribution boxes must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock accidents.
- Leakage Protection: Equipped with leakage protectors, these can quickly cut off the power supply in the event of a circuit leakage, protecting personal safety.
- Overload Protection: According to the power load of the container house, overload protection devices should be reasonably configured to prevent safety accidents such as fires caused by overloading.
