Container House Design Solution
The container house design solution takes modularity as its core, achieving efficient construction through spatial combination, appearance customization, functional adaptation, and industrialized production, suitable for multi-scenario needs.

I. Spatial Structure Combination
Using standard 20/40-foot containers as the base units, various forms are constructed through horizontal splicing (multiple containers in parallel), vertical stacking (2-3 floors with staggered levels), or local overhangs. For example, in office scenarios, a 3-container staggered拼接 (splicing) can be adopted: an open-plan office area on the ground floor, a glass-curtain-wall conference room on the second floor, and a rooftop leisure area on the top floor; in residential scenarios, two containers can be arranged side by side, with one side serving as a living space and the other as a loft bedroom, introducing natural light through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Modular container houses support standalone use or horizontal and vertical multi-unit combinations, with a maximum stacking height of 3 floors. The单体 (individual unit) specifications are 6055mm in length, 2990/2435mm in width, and 2896mm in height, meeting flexible expansion needs.
II. Appearance Design Customization
The exterior facade materials offer diverse choices: metal fluorocarbon paint for a modern minimalist style, anti-corrosion wood veneer for a natural and warm feel, perforated steel plates for light and shadow artistic effects, and glass curtain walls to enhance transparency. Detail optimizations include customizing window-to-door ratios (e.g., narrow-frame floor-to-ceiling windows to improve daylighting), adding roof designs (pitched/flat/green roofs), and incorporating regional cultural elements (such as Chinese lattice or Nordic minimalist lines), balancing functionality and aesthetic value.
III. Functional Module Adaptation
Customized configurations are provided for different scenarios: commercial scenarios include built-in foldable display racks, intelligent lighting systems, and mobile cash registers (for pop-up stores), or are equipped with underfloor heating, separate wet and dry bathrooms, and customized storage (for homestay guest rooms); emergency scenarios feature enhanced sound insulation and shock resistance designs, integrated dedicated circuits for communication equipment, and UPS backup power supplies (for emergency command centers); industrial scenarios adopt special steel-welded standard components with bolted connections between containers, ensuring structural stability and overall mobility (for on-site housing in mining and petroleum industries).
IV. Technical Parameters and Materials
In terms of structural parameters, the roof live load is 1.0KN/㎡, the floor live load is 2.0KN/㎡, and the wind load is 0.6KN/m; the frame uses hot-dip galvanized profiles, with 100mm glass wool for the roof/floor insulation layers. The walls can be 75mm rock wool color steel composite panels, equipped with 840*2035mm steel doors and plastic-steel sliding windows; the electrical system features prefabricated roof circuits, water supply pipes laid along walls, and drainage designs completed along wall sides.
V. Application Scenario Cases
Large-scale events such as the 2026 Nagoya Asian Games in Japan used container houses to form the Athletes' Village; cultural tourism projects like the特色 (characteristic) homestay scenic area in Shanting District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, China, utilized container houses to create unique attractions; industrial projects such as the 900MW photovoltaic camp project in Fukang, Xinjiang, and the photovoltaic power station camp project in Saudi Arabia all adopted modular container houses, verifying their cross-scenario adaptability.
VI. Customized Process Assurance
During the需求分析 (needs analysis) phase, on-site surveys of site conditions are conducted, and multiple conceptual design plans (including floor plans, renderings, and material samples) are provided based on usage frequency and pedestrian flow lines; during the industrialized production phase, over 80% of the container structure, water and electricity pipelines, and finishing layers are completed in the workshop, with steel structure welding flaw detection and container airtightness tests (water tightness ≥ 1000Pa) carried out to ensure quality control.
