Container House Design Drawings

Admin September 17, 2026

Currently, there are no complete design drawings for container houses and annexes directly provided, but we can introduce the design ideas and highlights of different container houses and annexes for reference.

Pastoral Luxury Style Design: There is a 30-square-meter (12x2.5-meter) container house with a pastoral luxury style. It incorporates stone and wood elements in the design, creating a natural and luxurious atmosphere. In addition to the indoor space, an outdoor area with a swimming pool is planned, enriching the living experience and organically combining leisure and living functions. It is suitable for people who pursue a high-quality life and love natural styles.

Deep Blue-toned Mini Home Design: A foreigner transformed a 15-square-meter Chinese container into a mini home. The exterior adopts a deep blue tone, which is unique and eye-catching. Two large doors are opened at the front and back of the container, and a door in the middle connects to a patio, increasing the sense of space permeability and interaction with the outside world. The four corners of the roof are connected by lifting rods, and three solar panels are installed on the top, which is environmentally friendly and can meet certain energy needs. The interior design leans towards a minimalist style, with a light wood color as the main tone, giving a simple and comfortable feeling. The linear kitchen saves space, and cabinets can be made on all sides for storage, improving space utilization. The bedroom bed is foldable, serving as a sofa during the day and a double bed at night. Cabinets are installed beside the bed and on the top wall, increasing storage functions. There is a small stove in the center of the house, and the surrounding walls and floors are made of fireproof and heat-resistant black special materials, ensuring living safety.

Renovation Design by American Homeowner Kenneth: Kenneth transformed a 16.6-square-meter steel container into a beautiful mini home. The outer frame is based on a discarded container, with wooden veneers installed inside and outside for renovation. The outer layer uses cedar panels, and the original iron door of the container is changed to a four-layer tempered glass sliding door, increasing lighting and aesthetic appeal. Insulation materials are added inside, decorated with white wooden veneers, and wooden floors are laid on the ground, improving living comfort. The interior layout is reasonable, with a custom-made sofa on the left, a wall bed hidden in the wardrobe behind it, and a brown small cabinet on the right. Looking inside, there are a kitchen, an office area, and a bathroom at the farthest end. The bathroom uses a barn sliding door. The kitchen countertop has sufficient space, equipped with a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, a mini washer-dryer combo, etc. Opposite the kitchen is a dining area, which can also be used for temporary office work. The sleeping area is near the door, and the wall bed in the sofa wardrobe can accommodate two people when lowered down. It has complete functions and efficient space utilization.
