Mobile Toilets for Construction Sites
Mobile toilets used on construction sites offer advantages such as strong adaptability, superior performance, user-friendly design, environmental protection and energy efficiency, easy installation and maintenance, and cost-effectiveness.

Strong adaptability: Mobile toilets for construction sites come in a variety of styles, ranging from small 2㎡ single-person emergency toilets to large 6㎡ multi-stall connected models, as well as combined models with baby care rooms and barrier-free compartments that can be customized as needed. The wear-resistant steel plate models can withstand forklift handling and collisions with building materials, meeting the demands of different construction site scenarios.
Superior performance: The main body is welded from galvanized steel pipes or high-strength aluminum alloys, with an outer shell covered in UV-resistant color-coated steel plates or metal embossed panels. It can withstand extreme temperature differences from -30℃ to 50℃, and will not freeze or clog even at high altitudes of 4,700 meters in Namtso, Tibet. The special model for coastal areas has a salt spray corrosion resistance of up to 5,000 hours. For odor control, a dual-fan plus activated carbon filtration system provides powerful ventilation, the foam-sealing model uses food-grade foaming agents to isolate odors, and the biodegradable model can degrade 98% of waste within 24 hours. In terms of waterproofing, the joints between panels are sealed seamlessly with silicone sealant, and the roof is covered with imported waterproof materials, ensuring no water leakage even in heavy rain.
User-friendly design: The basic model is equipped with non-slip stainless steel floors, while the advanced model features sensor faucets and LED occupancy displays. The barrier-free model includes wheelchair ramps, grab bars, and emergency call buttons, and the baby care model is equipped with a folding changing table. The construction site model also includes tool hooks, hard hat racks, and reserved power outlets for connecting lighting, heaters, disinfection lamps, and other equipment.
Environmental protection and energy efficiency: They mainly adopt vacuum suction systems and biodegradation technology, reducing water consumption per flush to less than one-tenth of that of traditional water-flush models. They often integrate solar photovoltaic panels to power internal equipment, and some designs are equipped with rainwater collection and filtration devices for non-contact flushing.
Easy installation and maintenance: They are modularly prefabricated and can be installed within 1-2 hours upon arrival at the site. With a light steel chassis and shock-absorbing wheels, they can be moved across various terrains. The modular design allows key components such as the sewage tank and water supply tank to be independently removed for cleaning or replacement, with the cleaning cycle and waste removal frequency set according to usage density.
Cost-effectiveness: Traditional brick-and-mortar toilets cost over 50,000 yuan to build and have monthly maintenance costs of 2,000 yuan, while mobile toilets can be directly towed away for a few tens of thousands of yuan, with lower maintenance costs.
