Concrete Prefabricated Houses in Jining

Admin September 18, 2026

In the Jining area, concrete prefabricated houses mainly come in several forms: multi-story prefabricated concrete houses, integral prefabricated concrete houses, and prefabricated assembled steel-structure residences (some involving concrete composite structures).

Multi-story prefabricated concrete houses: These are assembled on-site using pre-made concrete components, including wall panels, floor slabs, and stairs, which are produced in a factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly according to design drawings. Considering the low winter temperatures in Jining, insulation materials are filled between the walls or added as external insulation layers to meet insulation performance requirements. These houses use reinforced concrete components that are professionally calculated and designed to withstand specified loads. They offer high construction efficiency, short on-site construction times, customizable indoor spaces, pre-installed plumbing and electrical lines, and good wall flatness. The overall cost is influenced by factors such as design plans and material selection. Prefabricated construction can save some on-site construction costs, and factory production reduces material waste and improves material utilization.

Integral prefabricated concrete houses: These are pre-manufactured in a factory using main materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and steel bars. They are formed into integral components through mold casting and then transported to the construction site for assembly. Given the large annual temperature variation in Jining, the high thermal capacity of the concrete components in these houses allows them to slowly absorb and release heat, maintaining relatively stable indoor temperatures. They have strong structural integrity, with on-site assembly forming a whole through steel bar connections and concrete pouring, enabling good resistance to wind loads and seismic forces. Standardized components facilitate quality control and improve production efficiency, while transportation and installation are simple, reducing on-site construction time. Connection nodes are specially designed, using methods such as reserved steel bar overlaps and embedded part connections, followed by cast-in-place concrete to form rigid connections and ensure structural integrity.

Prefabricated assembled steel-structure residences (some involving concrete composite structures): For example, the Yihe International Community project in Jining, Inner Mongolia, adopts a prefabricated assembled approach. The structural form uses column and beam steel components as both the structure and formwork, with plain concrete poured inside to form a steel-concrete composite frame structure. The floor slabs are detachable steel truss floor panels, and both the interior and exterior walls are new self-insulating prefabricated wall panels, featuring energy efficiency, environmental protection, and green characteristics.
