Prefabricated Molds for Concrete Houses
Prefabricated molds for concrete houses are key industrial equipment that achieve concrete forming through specific structures, featuring diverse types, advanced functions, and wide applications.

Types and Structures
Prefabricated molds for concrete houses are mainly divided into cement house molds and prefabricated component molds. Cement house molds have evolved from traditional large steel building formwork, with core components including mold liners, exterior wall molds, bases, and slide rails, weighing over 20 tons. Prefabricated component molds generally use steel molds as the main structure, with a typical structure consisting of standardized components such as bottom molds, side molds, and end molds. Based on usage requirements, mold systems can be classified into independent molds and large base molds. Independent molds use a large amount of steel and are suitable for projects with relatively single component types and high repetition rates. Large base molds only require the production of side molds, with the bottom mold being reusable, resulting in a high reuse rate.
Functions and Technologies
Prefabricated component molds are equipped with wet demolding technology, enabling non-destructive separation of uncured components. They enhance mobility through wing-shaped torsion spring positioning and lubrication in sliding slots. Cement house molds have undergone four generations of technological upgrades, evolving from simple structures to incorporating fully automatic hydraulic systems and integrated electric vibration functions, supporting multi-size adjustments. Prefabricated concrete house molds can be constructed with adjustable sizes, offering high production efficiency.
Applications and Advantages
Cement house molds are primarily used for factory-prefabricated complete concrete houses, enabling centralized prefabrication of components to shorten construction periods and adapt to the production needs of housing factories of different scales. Prefabricated component molds are used for producing six types of standard components, such as composite floor slabs and balcony slabs, directly affecting the geometric accuracy and production efficiency of prefabricated parts. New modular prefabricated concrete house molds feature easy disassembly and flexible customization.
Design and Manufacturing Requirements
Mold design must adhere to multiple basic criteria, possessing sufficient load-bearing capacity, rigidity, and stability to ensure dimensional accuracy and account for concrete setting and expansion allowances. Mold manufacturing must follow rigidity calculation specifications, with support structures selected from section steel or steel plates, and load-bearing design values meeting specification requirements. Finished products must be coated with engine oil for rust prevention during storage and undergo structural inspections when subjected to a high number of turnovers.
Technological Development Trends
Current technological development focuses on the composite application of automated demolding devices and lightweight materials, improving turnover times through design optimization. In terms of materials, the exploration of composite applications between fiberglass and aluminum alloys reduces weight compared to traditional steel molds while maintaining the same rigidity. New mold design ideas include modular design, the promotion of combined molds, and the optimization of mold structures.
