Concrete House Prefabricated Block Molds

Admin September 18, 2026

Concrete house prefabricated block molds are specialized molds customized according to specific dimensions and specifications for shaping concrete finished products. Common aliases include cement prefabricated block molds and concrete prefabricated component molds.

I. Typical Structure and Functions Typical molds consist of a loading platform, mold body, mold removal mechanism, vibrating mechanism, support frame, and pressing mechanism. The vibrating mechanism, driven by a motor, moves the vibrating rod to effectively remove air bubbles from the concrete within the mold body, ensuring a smooth appearance and dense structure of the prefabricated block, thereby enhancing safety in use. Some molds are equipped with a rotatable turntable and a limiting mechanism, allowing the vibrating rod to be moved away after vibration to avoid interfering with subsequent compaction processes, significantly improving practicality.

II. Main Types and Specifications Molds are classified into various types based on their applications, with a wide range of sizes and customizable specifications:

  1. Square Manhole Cover Molds: Common sizes include 500×600×60mm and 600×600×65mm, with customizable logos or factory names.
  2. Rainwater Cover Molds: Cover sizes such as 500×500×60mm and 300×450×60mm to meet different drainage requirements.
  3. Trench Cover Plate Molds: Sizes like 500×320×50mm and 500×500×60mm for trench covering.
  4. Roadside Stone Molds: Dimensions include 1000×250×120mm and 750×300×120mm for shaping road edges.
  5. Other Types: Slope protection molds, colored brick molds, colored tile molds, etc., with specifications customized according to drawings.

III. Special Types of Molds

  1. Cement House Molds: Evolved from traditional large steel formwork for buildings, these molds consist of core components such as a mold liner, exterior wall mold, base, and slide rails, weighing over 20 tons. They form a casting cavity through opening and closing, combined with steam curing to accelerate concrete hardening, with a mold life of approximately 5-8 years. Wall thickness ranges from 14-17cm and slab thickness from 10-13cm, enabling centralized prefabrication of components and shortening construction periods, suitable for housing factories of different scales.
  2. Modular Concrete Prefabricated House New Molds: Divided into exterior molds and interior liners, these are heavy-duty equipment capable of casting concrete into pentahedral boxes. They feature easy assembly and disassembly and flexible customization, but have higher mold costs, making them suitable for high-end or customized projects.

IV. Application Advantages Concrete house prefabricated block molds enable efficient production through standardized design, ensure the quality of prefabricated blocks through vibration and compaction processes, and meet diverse engineering needs through modular and customized designs, making them indispensable tools in modern construction industrialization.
