Concert Mobile Toilet Layout
The layout of mobile toilets for concerts needs to comprehensively consider various factors such as crowd flow, location selection, traffic flow, special needs, rental quantity, venue coordination, and supporting facilities. The specific layout points are as follows:

1. Crowd Flow Estimation and Location Planning Calculate the number of toilet stalls based on the estimated number of people, with one standard mobile toilet provided for every 500 people. The recommended ratio of male to female toilet stalls is 1:1.5. For example, a venue with 25,000 people can have 72 toilet stalls, including 40 for women. The audience seating area should be divided into sections (such as in front of the main stage, on both sides of the stands, and in the VIP area), with one mobile toilet provided for every 500-800 people in each section. The locations should be set on the necessary paths for entry and exit (such as near security checkpoints and ticket inspection areas), as well as at gathering points like dining areas and passage connections.
2. Location Selection and Installation Standards Toilet stalls should be within 50 meters of the audience seating area, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation and strong wind areas. Ensure the ground is level during installation, secure the stalls with expansion screws, and reserve sunshades or rainproof facilities on the top. The passage width should be no less than 1.2 meters to facilitate wheelchair access and emergency evacuation.
3. Traffic Flow Design and Signage System Use arrow signs to guide the crowd flow and avoid cross-congestion. Set up clear "Male" and "Female" signs in prominent positions and install reflective strips at night. Add mobile hand-washing stations near dining areas, keeping them more than 10 meters away from the toilet areas to prevent sewage mixing.
4. Consideration of Special Needs Areas Add at least one accessible mobile toilet and a配套 (matching) restroom for mothers and infants. The locations should be prominent and easily accessible (such as at the venue entrance or beside the VIP lounge).
5. Rental Quantity and Spacing Control Prepare toilet stalls (including backups) accounting for 3%-5% of the total number of people. For example, 20,000 people require 600-1000 toilet stalls. The spacing between adjacent toilet stalls should not exceed 200 meters to ensure a reasonable walking distance.
6. Coordinated Layout with Venue Facilities Avoid core areas such as stage lighting and sound equipment, and complement the fixed restrooms (place them nearby but not overlapping). The rental party needs to confirm conditions such as water and electricity access and ground bearing capacity in advance.
7. Supporting Facilities and Emergency Plans Each toilet area should be equipped with trash bins, lighting equipment, and emergency call buttons. Prepare cooling fans for hot weather and heating facilities for cold regions. Plan 3-5 backup toilet stalls in advance, arrange for dedicated personnel to inspect them hourly, promptly clean up trash, and replenish toilet paper.
