Installation Method for Color-Steel Mobile Toilets
The installation of color-steel mobile toilets requires sequential completion of foundation treatment, structural assembly, pipeline system connection, ventilation system configuration, and attention to details such as ground leveling and wiring installation.

Foundation Treatment
The foundation must be adjusted according to geological conditions: In sandy soil areas, a combination of concrete bases and ground anchors is used to prevent structural displacement; in permafrost zones, the foundation depth is increased to avoid instability caused by freeze-thaw cycles; in regions with high salt content in Xinjiang, the foundation platform is elevated, using non-metallic isolation pads or aluminum-magnesium-zinc-coated steel plates, with anchor points extending below the local permafrost limit.
Structural Assembly
- Panel Assembly: Color-steel panels employ concealed fastening technology, with wall panels connected via internal slots and external seams sealed with waterproof strips; roof panels are slightly arched, with drainage slopes adjusted according to local average annual precipitation—gentle slopes for arid regions and increased slopes with snow guards for areas with heavy rain or snow.
- Frame Construction: The main frame is welded from I-beams, channel steels, and square steel columns, with exterior walls using foam sandwich panels; modular components are used for assembly, requiring no heavy machinery throughout the process.
- Thermal Conductivity Control: Wall panel joints create a thermal break effect through staggered multi-layer materials, reducing internal-external heat transfer; all bolt connections are fitted with elastic seals to compensate for microscopic deformations caused by temperature variations.
Pipeline System Connection
The internal pipeline system adopts a modular design, with sewage, ventilation, and water supply pipes prefabricated as independent modules in the factory, requiring only interface connections on-site. Pipe material is high-density polyethylene, which has low expansion rates to prevent interface leaks caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Ventilation System Configuration
The ventilation system must be designed in coordination with the airtight characteristics of the color-steel structure: Using convection circulation principles, adjustable louvers are installed at high points on wall panels to create negative pressure ventilation via wind power; exhaust ducts and panel openings are fitted with sand-proof filters, with reserved access for cleaning and maintenance.
Additional Precautions
- Ensure ground leveling before installation to prevent structural tilting or damage.
- Internal lighting wiring should be laid in dedicated conduits to avoid direct contact with metal panels, which could cause condensation and affect wiring safety.
