Cleaning Gadget for Container Houses

Currently, there is no specific 'gadget' designed exclusively for cleaning container houses, but equipment such as container automatic cleaning machines and high-pressure water cleaning robots can efficiently complete cleaning tasks in similar scenarios.

Container Automatic Cleaning Machine

Developed by Sichuan Tianhe Company, the container automatic cleaning machine integrates robotics technology, artificial intelligence PLC control technology, multi-roller brushing systems, water jetting systems, high-pressure water cleaning systems, spray disinfection and sterilization devices, drying units, and automated control systems. This equipment can automatically clean all surfaces of the container's exterior and interior, improving efficiency by 3-5 times compared to manual cleaning. Its workflow includes: the container vehicle, after being scanned by infrared for safety under signal light guidance, enters the washing area at a speed of 5km/h. The external cleaning machine's four large vertical brushes scrub the front, back, left, and right sides of the vehicle and container. After the vehicle stops at the washing position, the internal cleaning machine extends high-pressure water jetting multi-tube nozzles from the rear into the container's interior, performing non-contact high-pressure flushing on the upper, lower, left, right side panels, top side panel, and bottom side panel. The bottom high-pressure water jetting multi-tube nozzles can perform reverse high-pressure flushing on the container's bottom and are equipped with a bottom scraper to remove debris outside the container. A garbage collection conveyor belt can also be installed below the rear.

High-Pressure Water Cleaning Robot

The Degaojie container internal automatic cleaning robot consists of a robot mounting platform, anti-collision sensor system, circulating water treatment system, high-pressure water cleaning system, cleaning brush mechanism, and control system. During cleaning, the robot enters the container's interior, and the high-pressure water cleaning mechanism cooperates with the cleaning brushes to automatically scrub the container's interior floor, side panels, and ceiling. The spray gun nozzles can rotate 360° at high speed to clean every corner. This robot can also be optionally equipped with disinfection and drying mechanisms to complete cleaning, sterilization, and drying operations inside the container, leaving the cleaned container interior clean and dry.
