Chaoyang District Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 22, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Chaoyang District is a systematic project involving multiple stages such as preliminary planning, transportation, and installation, requiring meticulous operations to ensure effectiveness and safety.

Preliminary Planning and Preparation
- Demand Analysis and Location Confirmation: It is necessary to clarify the usage scenarios (such as large-scale events, neighborhood supplementation, or construction sites) to determine the number of toilets, types (standard, barrier-free, or with a baby care room), and rental periods. Location selection should consider factors such as pedestrian traffic density, distribution of surrounding facilities, vehicle accessibility, and minimizing environmental impact.
- On-site Inspection: Conduct detailed surveys of preliminary candidate locations, focusing on checking ground flatness and load-bearing capacity (which must support the equipment and usage loads), turning and parking space for transport vehicles, overhead obstacles (such as power lines and branches), and conditions for water supply and sewage connections. If connection to municipal sewage systems is not possible, evaluate the feasibility of independent circulation solutions using self-contained water and sewage tanks.
- Equipment Inspection and Route Planning: Before loading, inspect the structural integrity of the toilet units, the secure installation of internal facilities (such as toilets, sinks, lighting, and ventilation fans), and the functionality of door locks. Plan transportation routes based on equipment dimensions and road conditions, avoiding height and width restrictions and traffic peak hours to reduce delays.
Transportation Process Management
- Specialized Loading and Unloading Operations: Use forklifts or cranes for loading and unloading, with operators trained to ensure stable lifting and placement of equipment. Securely fasten the equipment with ropes during loading to prevent sliding or collisions during transit that could deform the units or damage internal facilities.
- Road Transportation Precautions: Drivers should drive smoothly, avoiding sharp turns or sudden braking; larger assemblies should be accompanied by guide vehicles to alert other road users. Continuously monitor road and weather conditions throughout the journey to ensure safe and timely arrival at the destination.
- Temporary On-site Parking and Positioning: If immediate installation is not possible, park the equipment in a safe area (without obstructing traffic or construction). Once conditions are met, the transport vehicle should precisely reverse to near the predetermined location to facilitate subsequent installation.
Installation and System Connection
- Foundation Preparation: Place the base or bottom panel on a clean, flat surface, adding sand or cement if necessary to enhance load-bearing capacity and prevent sinking.
- Stable Positioning and Leveling: Use the vehicle-mounted lifting arm or forklift to unload the equipment onto the foundation, immediately measure with a level and adjust the bottom supports for leveling to ensure stability during use.
- Component Assembly: Install toilets, sinks, water tanks, and other components according to the instructions, focusing on checking connection tightness to prevent loosening or leaks; if an independent circulation system is used, simultaneously install the sewage tank and test the sewage discharge function.
