The total construction area of the project reaches 2,158 square meters, including 6 sets of prefabricated frame-structured houses and 1 set of brick-concrete structured house. Its construction method is innovative. Wall panels, floor slabs, stairs, and other components are all prefabricated in the factory and then assembled on-site. This model greatly improves construction efficiency. In terms of the schedule, the project started construction in late May, completed the rough-cast delivery on July 15th, finished the exterior wall insulation panel construction on August 10th, and was officially delivered on August 31st. From the start of construction to the rough-cast handover, it took less than two months, and the fine-decoration delivery took less than four months, fully demonstrating the rapid and efficient characteristics of cement prefabricated house construction.
In terms of enterprises, Mengcheng County has multiple enterprises related to cement prefabrication. Mengcheng County Banqiao Town Cement Prefabrication Factory mainly operates products such as floor slabs, providing basic component support for the construction of cement prefabricated houses. Mengcheng County Kaiyuan Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. has launched an expansion project for the annual production of 200,000 tons of cement prefabricated parts. The project is located 200 meters west of the 203 Provincial Road in Letu Town, Bozhou City, Anhui Province. By utilizing existing factory buildings and purchasing relevant production equipment such as cement silos and mixers, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of cement prefabricated parts upon completion. This will further meet the market demand for cement prefabricated parts and promote the development of the local cement prefabricated house industry. Mengcheng County Chucun Town Zhang Yuhe Cement Prefabricated Products Sales Department, established on June 22, 2011, has a business scope including the sales of cement prefabricated products, etc. It plays a role in the sales link of cement prefabricated products and promotes the circulation of related products for cement prefabricated houses.
