Cement Prefabricated House Mold Specification

Admin September 18, 2026

The cement prefabricated house mold specification covers aspects such as mold installation, concrete pouring, mold removal and curing, mold inspection and maintenance, safe operation, and handling of common issues, as detailed below:

Mold Installation Specification: The site selection should be flat and solid to ensure the mold is placed steadily and prevent deformation or tilting. When assembling the mold, connect the components in order, secure them with bolts or clips, and ensure tight joints to prevent concrete leakage. During installation, accurately position the mold according to the design drawings and use bolts to fix the joint parts to ensure the overall stability of the mold.

Concrete Pouring Specification: Strictly control the mix ratio, with a water-cement ratio typically ranging from 0.4 to 0.5 and a cement content of no less than 300 kg/m³ to ensure strength and appearance quality. Pour the concrete in layers, with a recommended thickness of 30-50 cm per layer. When vibrating to achieve compaction, avoid touching the mold to prevent deformation or displacement. Also, control the pouring speed to prevent excessive local pressure from deforming the mold.

Mold Removal and Curing Specification: The mold should be removed when the concrete strength reaches at least 70% of the design strength (usually 24-48 hours after pouring). The operation should be gentle to avoid damaging the surface of the component. After mold removal, promptly cover the component with moisture-retaining materials (such as straw mats or plastic film) and regularly water it for curing. The curing period should be no less than 7 days to ensure the full development of the component's strength.

Mold Inspection and Maintenance Specification: Before construction, inspect the mold's appearance to ensure there is no deformation, damage, or weld cracking. Clean surface stains and rust and apply a mold release agent. During construction, regularly check the mold's condition and promptly repair or replace it if it is damaged or deformed. After construction, clean the concrete residue from the mold's surface, perform rust removal and oiling maintenance, and store it in a dry and ventilated place.

Safe Operation Specification: Operators should wear protective equipment such as safety helmets and gloves. If working at heights is involved, ensure the scaffolding is stable and fasten the safety belt to prevent falling accidents.

Handling of Common Issues Specification: For concrete leakage, check the tightness of the mold joints and use sealant or rubber strips for sealing if necessary. Surface bubbles can be eliminated through vibration or improved with defoamers. To prevent mold deformation, avoid overloading or improper vibration, ensure firm support, and prevent structural instability.
