Cement Prefabricated House Foundation Drawings

Admin September 18, 2026

Cement prefabricated house foundation drawings are key technical documents used to guide the installation and layout of cement prefabricated components in the construction of house foundations. They typically need to be precisely drawn by professional designers based on geological conditions, house structures, and load requirements. Generally, ready-made drawings cannot be directly provided, but their core content and acquisition methods can be explained.

Core Content of the Drawings

  • Foundation Type and Dimension Markings: Clearly specify the type of prefabricated foundation to be used, such as isolated foundations, strip foundations, or raft foundations. Taking isolated foundations as an example, the drawings will provide detailed markings of the foundation's plan dimensions (length and width), height, and the splicing method of prefabricated components, such as whether mortise-and-tenon joints or bolt connections are used, ensuring accurate对接 (docking, here meaning connection) of each component to form a stable foundation structure.
  • Geological Conditions and Foundation Burial Depth: Based on the geological survey report, the drawings will indicate the burial depth of the foundation. If the foundation soil is weak, it may be necessary to increase the burial depth or adopt reinforcement measures such as soil replacement, all of which will be reflected in the drawings to ensure that the foundation can effectively transfer the house load to the deep stable soil layer.
  • Reinforcement Configuration and Embedded Parts: For the reinforcement in the prefabricated foundation, the drawings will accurately mark the specifications (diameter), quantity, spacing, and layout method of the reinforcement, such as the upper and lower row layout of reinforcement in beams and the range of stirrup densification zones. At the same time, the position, size, and quantity of embedded parts will be detailed. Embedded parts are used for subsequent connections with the superstructure, such as anchor bolts used to fix steel columns, with strict control over their positional deviations.
  • Construction Instructions and Precautions: Include construction process requirements, such as the lifting sequence of prefabricated components and installation accuracy requirements (e.g., the verticality deviation should not exceed how many millimeters); they may also mention construction environment requirements, such as waterproofing measures during rainy season construction, and quality acceptance standards, such as the required compressive strength of the foundation concrete in megapascals.

Acquisition Method

If cement prefabricated house foundation drawings are required, a design unit with corresponding qualifications can be commissioned to carry out the design. Before design, detailed geological survey reports, house design drawings (including floor plans, elevation plans, sectional views, etc.), and functional requirements should be provided to enable designers to comprehensively consider various factors and draw scientific and reasonable foundation drawings.
