Cement Prefabricated House Demolition Plan
Admin September 18, 2026
The cement prefabricated house demolition plan requires systematic planning from five aspects: construction preparation, construction techniques, construction steps, safety measures, and environmental protection measures to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the demolition task.

I. Construction Preparation
- Personnel Preparation: Form a professional construction team, clarify the division of labor for each position, conduct safety education and training, with a focus on emphasizing mechanical operation specifications, high-altitude work protection, and emergency response procedures.
- Material and Equipment Preparation: Equip tools according to the scale of demolition, such as manual tools like hammers, crowbars, electric hammers, and angle grinders, as well as mechanical equipment like excavators, crushers, and cutting machines. Check the equipment performance in advance to ensure normal operation.
- Site Preparation: Clear debris from the site, set up fences and safety warning signs; close the doors and windows of the house to prevent debris from flying; protect the surrounding environment, such as covering green belts and setting up dust screens, to reduce the impact on neighbors and passersby.
II. Construction Techniques
- Demolition Sequence: Follow the principle of "top first, bottom later; structure first, non-structure later," prioritizing the demolition of load-bearing structures such as roofs and walls, and then dealing with non-load-bearing parts like doors, windows, and decorative layers.
- Demolition Methods:
- Manual Demolition: Suitable for small components or areas where machinery cannot operate. Use hammers and crowbars to disassemble nails and iron bars on prefabricated panels, breaking the panels into sizes convenient for handling.
- Mechanical Demolition: For large structures, use excavators and crushers for overall crushing. Pay attention to controlling the operating angle of the mechanical arm to avoid colliding with surrounding facilities.
- Cutting Demolition: For hard structures like cement prefabricated panels, use a cutting machine to cut along preset lines, separating steel bars from concrete. During cutting, use water to cool and reduce dust, and wear goggles to prevent splashing.
III. Construction Steps
- Pre-Demolition Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive survey of the house structure, material types, and construction techniques, formulate a detailed plan, and clarify safety measures for each link.
- Demolition Construction: Implement step by step according to the selected method. Maintain a safe distance between manual and mechanical operations to avoid cross-interference.
- Cleaning and Leveling: Promptly clear and transport construction waste, classify and handle prefabricated panels, steel bars, and cement fragments, and recycle reusable materials; level the site to create conditions for subsequent construction.
IV. Safety Measures
- Personnel Protection: Construction personnel must wear safety helmets, safety harnesses, gloves, masks, and goggles. When working at heights, fasten the safety rope properly.
- Mechanical Safety: Operators must be certified and regularly check key components such as the braking system and hydraulic device of the equipment. Operation with faults is strictly prohibited.
- Blasting Management: If blasting demolition is adopted, strictly control the safety distance according to the design, set up protective barriers, and evacuate surrounding personnel in advance.
V. Environmental Protection Measures
- Pollution Control: Spray water mist to suppress dust when operating electric tools, select low-noise equipment, and arrange work hours reasonably (such as avoiding night construction).
- Waste Disposal: Classify and stack construction waste, promptly transport it to designated locations, recycle metal materials like steel bars to reduce resource waste.
- Dust Prevention: Set up fences at the construction site, cover exposed soil, and ensure that transport vehicles travel with closed covers to prevent secondary pollution.
