Boluo Longxi Mobile Toilet
Boluo Longxi mainly promotes work related to the rural toilet revolution in terms of mobile toilets, covering aspects such as renovation and upgrading, public toilet construction, and the establishment of long-term management and maintenance mechanisms.

Renovation and Upgrading Tasks and Objectives
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Longxi Subdistrict aims to complete 25% of the work each year to advance the comprehensive survey of the toilet revolution across the entire village and improve the quality of household toilets. In 2024, the task is to renovate and upgrade 27 rural toilets as part of the rural toilet revolution, with the clear understanding that the number of renovations can be appropriately increased based on the wishes of the residents. This objective setting reflects both the systematic nature of the planning and the flexibility to accommodate actual needs, ensuring that the renovation work progresses in an orderly manner and meets the needs of the residents.
Specific Renovation and Upgrading Content
The renovation and upgrading work focuses on optimizing the septic tanks, including installing exhaust pipes to improve ventilation conditions, reduce odors and the accumulation of harmful gases; setting up inspection and cleaning ports for regular inspection and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the septic tanks; and implementing harmless transformation of the septic tank tailwater connection to the sewage pipe network or tailwater discharge methods to prevent direct sewage discharge from polluting the environment and enhance the hygiene and environmental performance of rural toilets.
Public Toilet Construction and Management
While promoting household toilet renovations, Longxi Subdistrict also emphasizes the construction of standardized public toilets as needed to meet the toilet needs in rural public areas. At the same time, a long-term management and maintenance mechanism is established to standardize the management and maintenance standards for rural public toilets, achieving the goals of "four cleanliness aspects, three absence aspects, two unobstructed aspects, and one illuminated aspect." "Four cleanliness aspects" refer to clean floors, clean walls, clean toilet stalls, and clean surroundings; "three absence aspects" mean no overflow, no mosquitoes and flies, and no odors; "two unobstructed aspects" indicate unobstructed water supply and electricity supply; and "one illuminated aspect" means well-lit. Through these standards, it is ensured that rural public toilets remain in good operating condition, providing residents with a clean and comfortable toilet environment.
