Blue License Plate Container House

Admin September 15, 2026

The blue license plate container house is not a standard classification name. It usually refers to a points-redemption-type container functional house managed through a blue license plate reward mechanism or a customized container building with a blue paint finish. The following analysis is carried out from two scenarios:

I. Points-Reward Container Houses: Taking the Staff Home of China Railway Sixth Bureau Group as an Example

The Beijing Company of China Railway Sixth Bureau Group used 64 eco-friendly containers to build a staff home for the project department of the Fuxi Line of the Beijing Suburban Railway. The "points reward system" is used to enhance workers' sense of belonging. In this scenario, the blue license plate represents a reward redemption card worth 20 yuan. Workers can obtain pink cards (worth 10 yuan), blue cards, and green cards (worth 50 yuan) through behaviors such as safe production and skill improvement, and redeem daily necessities at the small supermarket inside the containers. The functional design of such houses focuses on practicality:

  • Spatial Layout: It is divided into 10 major functional areas, including a Party building garden, a safety experience hall, a barber shop, and a medical examination room, to meet the needs of learning, rest, and entertainment.
  • Facility Configuration: The dormitories are equipped with air conditioners, wireless networks, and storage cabinets. The canteen offers affordable meals, and the prices of goods in the small supermarket are lower than the average market prices.
  • Management Innovation: The points system is linked to safe production. For example, Li Zhihai, a steel bar worker, received a green card for reporting hidden dangers, which strengthened safety awareness.

II. Blue-Painted Customized Container Houses: Taking Market Products as an Example

Some suppliers offer customized container houses with a blue exterior, which are mainly used in commercial and residential scenarios:

  • Materials and Craftsmanship: They adopt a steel frame, paired with composite sandwich panels or aluminum alloy materials, and are formed through integral welding, light steel keel, or plug-in processes. For example, the color-steel house combination launched by Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. has fire and moisture resistance.
  • Functional Expandability: They support various combination methods such as single-box landing (e.g., sentry boxes), horizontal box assembly (e.g., conference rooms), and vertical box stacking (e.g., dormitory buildings) to adapt to different scenario requirements.
  • Technical Specifications: They need to comply with the "Technical Specification for Modular Combined Houses", such as a maximum of 6 floors, a height of no more than 24 meters, and a seismic fortification intensity of no more than 8 degrees. The steel should be welding weathering steel (GB/T 4171), and the use of flammable materials such as EPS for enclosure filling is prohibited.

III. Purchase Recommendations

  • Clarify the Purpose: If it is used for staff dormitories or community services, priority should be given to configuring facilities such as air conditioners and storage cabinets; if it is used for commercial displays, variable box modules (e.g., wall panel flipping designs) can be selected.
  • Focus on Compliance: Check the steel quality certificates and the integrity of corner fittings to ensure compliance with the GB/T12418 maintenance standard.
  • Evaluate Mobility: Select a fixed (hoisting), towed mobile, or folding and transportable structure according to needs.
