Binhai Xiangshui Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 05, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Binhai Xiangshui can follow a general process, with the core steps being 'positioning - assembly - connection'. Specific operational details need to be adjusted according to the type of toilet (split-type, integrated, or foam-type).

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Planning: Determine the installation location based on usage requirements, prioritizing areas with solid ground and smooth drainage. For split-type or foam-type toilets, reserve sewage pipe interfaces; for integrated toilets, ensure reasonable distances to water and electricity access points.
- Foundation Treatment: The ground must be level, and if necessary, pour a concrete foundation to prevent structural deformation of the toilet due to foundation settlement.
II. Installation Process for Split-type Mobile Toilets
- Chassis and Frame Positioning: Use a forklift to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location, adjust it to a level state with a spirit level to ensure stability.
- Wall and Roof Panel Installation:
- Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips;
- Install the roof panels and seal the joints to prevent rainwater leakage;
- Wall installation usually takes 1-2 hours, paying attention to aligning the gaps between panels.
- Internal Facility Connection:
- Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, handwashing basins (optional), and other equipment;
- Connect water and electricity pipelines, prioritizing the use of modular quick-connect designs to shorten the time, but this must be operated by professionals;
- Ensure that ventilation equipment (such as exhaust fans) has unobstructed exhaust outlets.
- Functional Debugging: Conduct flushing tests, circuit checks, and leak-tightness tests to ensure there are no water or electricity leakage hazards.
III. Installation Process for Integrated Mobile Toilets
- Lifting and Positioning: The factory-prefabricated box-type toilets are directly placed at the target location by a crane, without the need for on-site assembly of the main structure.
- Pipeline Connection: Quickly connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours, suitable for emergency use scenarios.
IV. Special Requirements for Foam-type Mobile Toilets
Focus on debugging the foam generation device, control system, sewage storage tank, and ventilation and deodorization components to ensure that foam covers the toilet surface to reduce odors, suitable for areas without fixed water supply and sewage pipe networks.
V. Precautions
- Professional Construction: It is recommended to choose an experienced team and refer to the 'Mobile Toilet Hygiene Specifications' (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure safety standards are met.
- Type Selection: Choose the appropriate type according to site conditions (such as water and electricity supply and sewage discharge capacity). For example, foam-type toilets are preferred in water-scarce areas.
- Maintenance Convenience: Reserve maintenance space during installation to facilitate later cleaning and equipment replacement.
