Beijing Mobile Toilet Foam

Admin September 24, 2026

The foam technology in Beijing's mobile toilets is primarily applied in foam-flushing mobile toilets and foam-sealing mobile toilets, achieving efficient water conservation and environmentally friendly treatment through the synergistic effects of physical, chemical, and biological processes.

The core principle of foam-flushing mobile toilets is to replace traditional water flushing with fine foam. Its operation relies on components such as a foam pump, mixing chamber, liquid storage tank, and control circuit. After the user leaves, a sensor triggers the foam system, where surfactants and a small amount of water (consuming only 0.2-0.3 liters per use) are rapidly agitated in a container by a micro air pump, generating dense micron-sized foam. The liquid film of these foams has extremely low surface tension, quickly wrapping around the fecal surface to form a sealed barrier, blocking the spread of odors and pathogens, while directing the waste into a storage tank. The entire process requires no manual intervention and uses less than one-tenth of the water compared to traditional water-flushing toilets, significantly reducing water consumption.

Foam-sealing mobile toilets employ a composite system of 'foam sealing + microbial synergistic treatment'. The foam generated by the foaming device wraps around the feces and slides into a collection tank by gravity. Inside the tank, grilles and filters initially separate solid residues from the foam-containing liquid. The liquid portion is pumped to a reaction chamber equipped with immobilized microbial carriers, where microbial degradation converts organic matter into harmless substances. Once it meets flushing standards, the liquid can be recycled for the next foaming cycle, forming a closed-loop treatment system. The solid residues undergo a drying-compression process for resource utilization. This technology not only reduces sewage discharge but also lowers the risk of chemical pollution through microbial degradation.

Additionally, companies like Beijing Shunxi Yijie Technology Co., Ltd. have applied foam-sealing technology to their leading products, further promoting the commercialization and popularization of this technology. The advantages of foam technology lie in water conservation, environmental protection, and automation: the physical sealing effect of micron-sized foam replaces chemical deodorizers, the microbial degradation process reduces the use of chemical agents, and the closed-loop treatment system enables water recycling, meeting the demands of modern cities for efficient and low-carbon mobile toilets.
