Assembly-type Mobile Toilet Production

Admin October 05, 2026

Assembly-type mobile toilets can be made using buckets or water storage tanks and pallets. Here are the specific methods:

Production Using Buckets

  • Base and Bucket Fixation: Prepare a wooden board with universal wheels installed as the base. Place the cut bucket on the board, ensuring it is stable. The universal wheels facilitate the mobility of the toilet.
  • Bucket Body Processing: Fix wooden strips onto the bucket body to enhance its stability. Use an angle grinder to cut an opening in the bucket for entry and exit. After cutting, wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards to prevent injuries from sharp edges and improve the appearance.
  • Heightening and Interior Treatment: Insert aluminum-plastic panels to extend the height, meeting the usage height requirements. Install a bucket lid and paint the interior wooden strips with white paint to make the interior look cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing.
  • Wooden Door Production and Installation: Process wooden boards and strips to make a wooden door. Determine the size of the door according to the door frame dimensions. Attach the door to the frame using hinges to ensure smooth opening and closing.
  • Drainage and Water Source Setup: Mark the hole positions at the bottom, connect elbow drainage pipes, and install floor drains to ensure smooth drainage. Drill holes on the side to install water pipe connectors, connect a green bucket as the water source, make a showerhead, and connect it to the water pipe to meet washing needs.
  • Toilet Installation: Install the toilet and apply sealant around it to prevent water leakage, ensuring hygiene and dryness during use.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  • Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet. Place the water storage tank on the pallet for easy mobility.
  • Tank Body Processing and Fixation: Use an angle grinder to cut the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank body. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first one, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the toilet space.
  • Doorway Creation: Cut rectangular openings in the outer frame and tank body of the water storage tank to serve as doorways for easy access.
  • Interior Facility Installation: Drill holes in the interior floor of the water storage tank, insert elbows and water pipes, and seal the gaps. Install the toilet and secure it with sealant. Fix water pipes on the wall clips and install faucets, pipe caps, and washbasins to meet basic washing needs.
  • Other Facility Installation: Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the showerhead bracket and toilet seat. Fix a wooden board as the toilet door and install a door handle to ensure normal door operation.
