Assembly Method of Container Houses
The assembly method of container houses mainly includes six steps: preparation stage, foundation construction, container installation, electrical and piping system installation, interior decoration, and safety protection and environmental protection measures.

Preparation Stage: It is necessary to clarify housing requirements and design plans, covering details such as size, shape, and functional layout. Selecting the appropriate containers is crucial; their quality, dimensions, and quantity must meet the requirements. Meanwhile, prepare the necessary tools and materials, such as screwdrivers, electric drills, welding equipment, bolts, and sealants, to lay the foundation for subsequent construction.
Foundation Construction: First, level the site and remove ground obstacles to ensure a flat surface without pits or bumps. Determine the foundation shape based on design requirements and site conditions, then excavate the foundation pit and pour concrete. During pouring, pay attention to the uniformity and compactness of the concrete to ensure the stability of the foundation.
Container Installation: After transporting the containers to the designated location, use cranes and other equipment to place them vertically and steadily on the foundation. Subsequently, use bolts and welding equipment to firmly connect the containers to the foundation, ensuring that the tightness of the bolts is appropriate and the welding quality is reliable to prevent displacement or deformation of the containers during use.
Electrical and Piping System Installation: Conduct electrical wiring according to design requirements and electrical safety regulations, install electrical equipment such as sockets and lamps, and ensure proper insulation and grounding to ensure electrical safety. Meanwhile, lay, connect, and test the pipes according to water supply and drainage regulations to ensure good pipe sealing and smooth drainage.
Interior Decoration: Decorate the walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows, selecting appropriate materials and decorative styles to enhance the aesthetics and comfort of the house. During decoration, pay attention to quality and handle details such as wall flatness and floor slip resistance.
Safety Protection and Environmental Protection Measures: During construction, workers must wear protective equipment such as helmets and safety shoes to ensure personal safety. Meanwhile, control construction noise, dust, and pollution, such as setting up sound barriers and spraying water to reduce dust, to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment.
