Anyang Mobile Toilet Inspection Plan
Admin October 02, 2026
The Anyang mobile toilet inspection plan mainly covers four aspects: inspection scope, inspection items, inspection methods, and inspection instruments. The specific content is as follows:

Inspection Scope
It covers commonly available vacuum self-priming, high-pressure air-water mixing, and traditional gravity direct-discharge mobile toilets on the market.
Inspection Items
- Appearance and Decorative Quality Inspection: Visually inspect whether the appearance, interior decoration, sanitary ware, and labels are complete and effective; measure the error between the appearance and internal dimensions and the design drawings to be ≤5mm; inspect the flatness, adhesion stability, and joint sealing of the decorative layer; confirm that the floor is flat, sealed, and free from water seepage and accumulation.
- Wind Resistance Performance: Steel structure welding must comply with the JGJ81 standard, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment must comply with the GB50212 standard; the overall structure should be stable, with wind resistance performance ≥ Grade 10, seismic resistance grade ≥ Grade 8, and service life ≥ 10 years; verify performance through the thrust test specified in GB/T50212.
- Sealing and Waterproofing Inspection: Use a 0.1MPa pressure water jet to continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes, and inspect for leakage after 1 hour.
- Tank Sealing Performance Inspection: Leave the water storage tank and fecal storage tank filled with water for more than 1 hour to inspect for leakage; visually inspect the layout and leakage of the water supply and drainage pipelines; test the sealing action time of the toilet fixtures (average value ≤ 3 seconds); confirm that the fecal storage tank is isolated from the toilet compartment, and the vent pipes are reasonably set; inspect the flexibility and sealing of the cleaning port cover.
- Drainage System Performance Inspection: Measure the water consumption per flush; test the solid waste conveyance distance; grade and evaluate the residue situation; measure the residual water area at the bottom of the basin using the grid method and inspect the water seal depth; record the drainage speed and instantaneous flow rate; measure the flushing noise level; comprehensively evaluate the system's sealing and leak-proof performance.
Inspection Methods
- Supervisory Testing: The purchaser may send personnel to supervise or conduct pre-acceptance during the manufacturing process or before shipment.
- On-site Testing: After the equipment arrives, unpack and inspect it, accept it according to the list, and explain the functional operations.
- Operational Testing: After installation and commissioning, conduct a trial run without faults and confirm it as qualified by the user.
- On-site Preparation: Fix the equipment on a flat ground, connect the water and electricity, and commission it to a normal state.
Inspection Instruments
Including stopwatches, steel tape measures, lux meters, anemometers, multimeters, pressure testers, hand-cranked megohmmeters, precision electronic flow meters and cumulative water meters, laser rangefinders, standard test objects, high-precision sound level meters, high-definition endoscopes, data acquisition systems and timers, and standard grid measuring plates, etc.
