Anshan Prefabricated Housing
Anshan prefabricated housing mainly includes three types: prefabricated cement houses, construction mobile houses, and integrated houses, each with its own characteristics and applicable scenarios.

1. Anshan Prefabricated Cement Houses
These houses use cement as the primary structural material. Standardized components (such as walls, floors, beams, and columns) are prefabricated in factories and then assembled on-site. Their core advantages include high construction efficiency, as factory production significantly shortens on-site construction time; strong quality control, as components are produced in standardized environments, reducing human errors; high design flexibility, allowing adjustments to parameters like layout and floor height according to needs; and environmental friendliness, as they reduce on-site wet operations and lower dust and noise pollution. However, their limitations include high transportation costs, especially for long-distance or large-component projects; and restricted design for complex structures, as curved walls or irregular shapes require additional custom molds, increasing costs.
2. Anshan Construction Mobile Houses
Built with steel and sandwich panels as core materials, these houses are quickly assembled from prefabricated components, featuring mobility and rapid setup. The construction process involves producing standardized components in factories, transporting them to the site, and assembling them on-site, typically taking only a few days to a few weeks. Their advantages include strong adaptability, meeting needs for temporary offices, residences, and storage; and short construction time, making them ideal for emergency scenarios (such as post-disaster reconstruction). However, their design lifespan is usually shorter than that of professional buildings (about 10-20 years), requiring regular maintenance for long-term use; and their thermal and sound insulation performance is relatively weak, with sandwich panel materials needing to be selected based on the environment (e.g., rock wool panels for improved fire resistance).
3. Anshan Integrated Houses
Also known as modular houses, these are built by prefabricating house modules (such as complete bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms) in factories and then quickly assembling them on-site. Main types include light steel structure houses (lightweight and earthquake-resistant), container houses (stackable and mobile), prefabricated concrete houses (highly durable), and wooden structure houses (good thermal insulation). Their advantages include fast construction speed, as modular production enables “plug-and-play” setup; cost control, as mass production reduces unit costs; environmental protection and energy efficiency, with material recyclability rates exceeding 80%; and high flexibility, supporting module additions or removals or overall relocation. They are suitable for a wide range of scenarios, including temporary housing on construction sites, homestays in tourist areas, emergency shelters, and commercial exhibition halls.
All three types of houses embody the core advantages of prefabricated construction: “industrial production and rapid on-site assembly.” When choosing, it is essential to consider project requirements (such as lifespan, budget, and mobility), environmental conditions (such as transportation distance and climate), and functional positioning (temporary or permanent use).
