Anhui Prefabricated House Construction Technology

Admin September 18, 2026

The construction technology of prefabricated houses in Anhui mainly includes prefabricated assembled concrete structures, wooden structures, and general processes, with the core being standardized production, precise installation, and climate-adaptive design.

I. Construction Technology for Prefabricated Assembled Concrete Structures (Taking the project in Shushan District, Hefei City as an example)

  1. Component Production
Molds are custom-made from 8mm thick steel plates, with a flatness error of ≤0.5mm/m; the entire steel reinforcement framework is bound, and the deviation in the thickness of the protective layer is controlled within ±3mm; C30P6 concrete is used, with 1.2% polypropylene fibers added and a slump of 180±20mm to ensure the strength and durability of the components.
  2. Transportation and Stacking
During transportation, special racks are used, with support points set at 1/4 of the component's span, a vehicle speed of ≤60km/h, and a turning radius of ≥15m; the on-site stacking area is divided into 6 zones, with 300mm high concrete strip foundations and equipped with 2 sets of 10t gantry cranes to prevent component deformation.
  3. Installation Process
The foundation construction adopts a pile cap + waterproof slab foundation, with a characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity of 180kPa; the component connections use hydraulic leveling devices (6 sets) and laser line projectors (accuracy of ±1mm/10m) to control verticality; the verticality deviation of the first installed component is ≤3mm, the joint width is ≤2mm, and the cumulative axis deviation at the封顶 (topping-out) of the main structure is ≤15mm.
  4. Waterproofing and Insulation
The joints of the prefabricated exterior wall panels adopt waterproof structural designs, and the joints of the laminated panels are optimized; the roof waterproofing and wall insulation are designed in combination with the climatic characteristics of Anhui, with reasonable designs for ventilation and insulation layers to enhance energy efficiency.

II. Construction Technology for Wooden Structure Prefabricated Houses

  1. Material Preprocessing
The wood undergoes drying, cutting, and anti-corrosion treatment, with the moisture content controlled within a reasonable range to prevent cracking or warping; metal connectors are used at the joints to ensure structural stability.
  2. On-site Installation
The foundation treatment takes into account moisture and corrosion resistance requirements, adapting to the climatic differences in the transitional zone between northern and southern Anhui; after the components are assembled, details such as waterproofing and stability are checked to ensure the durability and comfort of the house.

III. General Construction Process for Prefabricated Houses

  1. Site Preparation
Select a flat site with good drainage and carry out leveling and compaction.
  2. Foundation Construction
Select strip foundations, independent foundations, or raft foundations according to the type of house to ensure that the levelness and verticality meet the standards.
  3. Component Installation
Use special connectors or bolts to fix the prefabricated components, and monitor the verticality and levelness in real-time.
  4. Enclosure Structure and Decoration
Install wall and roof panels, ensuring good sealing of the panel joints; interior decoration includes wall and floor treatments as well as the installation of water and electricity lines.
  5. Inspection and Commissioning
Check functions such as door and window opening and closing and water and electricity supply to ensure that the house meets usage requirements.
