Anhui Mobile Toilet Inspection Plan

Admin October 07, 2026

The Anhui mobile toilet inspection plan mainly includes four aspects: building and structure verification, structural damage condition inspection, structural safety calculation and analysis, and steel material performance inspection (optional).

Building and Structure Verification: This is the foundational step of the inspection, aiming to confirm whether the actual construction of the mobile toilet matches the original design documents. Inspectors use tools such as handheld laser distance meters (e.g., Disto-D2) and steel tapes (5M) to conduct sampling verification of the toilet's wall distribution, door and window locations and sizes, and other architectural layout aspects. Additionally, key parameters such as the axis dimensions and height of the structure are measured to ensure all data are accurate.

Structural Damage Condition Inspection: This step focuses on the structural safety of the mobile toilet, conducting a comprehensive inspection of all damage and defects. Particular attention is paid to main load-bearing components, such as whether the node connections of load-bearing steel members are abnormal, whether the welding of steel beams and columns is intact, and whether there are obvious cracks. These inspections help identify potential structural issues promptly, providing a basis for subsequent repairs and reinforcements.

Structural Safety Calculation and Analysis: After collecting on-site inspection data and original design documents, inspectors use PKPM software to perform load-bearing capacity calculations and analyses on the toilet structure, in accordance with relevant standards such as the "Building Structural Load Code" (GB50009-2012). Factors such as dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic actions, and material parameters are comprehensively considered. Through this step, the safety of the mobile toilet under various loads can be evaluated, providing a scientific basis for its use and management.

Steel Material Performance Inspection (Optional): According to the owner's requirements, inspectors can also conduct non-destructive testing on the welds of the steel structure and test the mechanical properties of the steel, including tensile strength, yield strength, and impact tests. Although this item is not mandatory, it provides more comprehensive data support for structural safety and helps more accurately evaluate the overall performance of the mobile toilet.
