Construction Method of Aluminum-Plastic Board Mobile Toilet

Admin September 27, 2026

The construction of an aluminum-plastic board mobile toilet requires a combination of aluminum alloy frame structure and aluminum-plastic board covering technology, with core steps including frame construction, board fixation, functional zoning, and detail handling.

1. Main Frame Construction

The main frame of the mobile toilet is typically welded using aluminum alloy profiles due to their lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength properties. The frame structure should be sized according to design requirements, generally divided into a bottom support frame, columns, and top crossbeams. The bottom frame should reserve spaces for sewage pipe connections and ventilation system installations. Columns must ensure verticality to support the overall structure, while top crossbeams should reserve slots or fixing positions for aluminum-plastic board installation. After welding, the frame should undergo anti-rust treatment, such as spraying anti-rust paint or electrophoretic coating, to extend its service life.

2. Aluminum-Plastic Board Covering and Fixation

Aluminum-plastic boards, as external covering materials, should be selected in models that meet environmental standards, typically with a thickness of 3-5mm, and their surfaces can be treated for scratch and stain resistance. During installation, the aluminum-plastic boards should be cut to match the frame dimensions and fixed to the frame surface using self-tapping screws or special clips. Key Points: A 2-3mm gap should be reserved at the seams of aluminum-plastic boards and filled with sealant to prevent rainwater penetration; the bottom aluminum-plastic boards should be raised 10-15cm above the ground to avoid water accumulation and corrosion; the top aluminum-plastic boards should be tilted 3-5 degrees to one side for easy drainage.

3. Functional Zoning and Equipment Installation

The interior should be reasonably divided into sewage storage areas, ventilation system areas, and usage spaces. For the sewage storage area, plastic or stainless steel fecal storage tanks can be selected and connected to the toilet via PVC pipes. The ventilation system should be equipped with exhaust fans and odor-proof valves to ensure air circulation. The usage space should reserve sufficient room for movement and be equipped with toilet seat cushions, handrails, and other accessories. Note: Before installing any equipment, holes should be precisely measured and cut in the aluminum-plastic boards to avoid damaging the structural strength of the boards.

4. Detail Handling and Acceptance

After installation, check whether the surface of the aluminum-plastic boards is flat, whether the sealant at the seams is uniform, and whether the welding points of the frame are secure. The sewage pipes should undergo a water flow test to ensure no leakage; the ventilation system should be tested for exhaust efficiency to ensure no residual odors. Finally, the overall structure should be cleaned, and disinfectant should be added to the fecal storage tank to complete the delivery and use of the mobile toilet.
