Zhenjiang Public Mobile Toilet Materials

Quản trị 07 tháng 10, 2026

The commonly used materials for public mobile toilets in Zhenjiang include four major categories: color-coated steel plates, stainless steel, FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic), and wooden materials. The specific choice should be based on the usage scenario, budget, and aesthetic requirements, while the materials for walls, roofs, and floors also have specific requirements.

I. Main Structural Materials

  1. Color-Coated Steel Plates: Composed of color-coated steel sheets and core materials such as foam or rock wool, they are lightweight, easy to install, and cost-effective. The surface coating prevents rust, and the core material provides thermal insulation, making them suitable for cost-sensitive scenarios requiring rapid deployment, such as temporary event venues and construction sites.
  2. Stainless Steel: Renowned for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, stainless steel has a smooth surface that is easy to clean and a modern, simple appearance. It is commonly used in parks, squares, scenic spots, and other places with high hygiene and aesthetic standards, offering low long-term maintenance costs.
  3. FRP (Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic): Made by compounding glass fibers with synthetic resins, FRP combines light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. Its strong moldability allows for complex designs, making it suitable for outdoor venues with complex environments or a need for landscape harmony, such as tourist attractions and coastal areas.
  4. Wooden Materials: Typically treated with anti-corrosion measures, wooden materials retain natural textures, creating a warm and natural atmosphere that blends well with park, resort, and beautiful village environments. However, regular maintenance is required to prevent decay or insect infestation.

II. Auxiliary Structural Materials

  1. Wall Materials: Mostly use composite panels filled with thermal insulation materials like polyurethane foam in the middle, with metal or plastic protective facing panels on the inner and outer layers, combining strength, thermal insulation, and moisture resistance.
  2. Roof Materials: Require waterproofing and durability, with common materials including color-coated steel plates, asphalt shingles, or synthetic resin tiles. A proper slope is designed for drainage to prevent water accumulation and leakage.
  3. Floor Materials: With slip resistance as the core requirement, common materials include anti-slip tiles, composite flooring, or rubber mats to ensure safety. They also need to be corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, adapting to high-humidity environments.

III. Basis for Material Selection

  • Temporary Scenarios: Prioritize color-coated steel plates for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • High Hygiene Standard Scenarios: Stainless steel or FRP are more suitable for their corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance.
  • Landscape Integration Needs: Wooden materials or the moldability of FRP can enhance visual harmony.
  • Extreme Environments: The aging resistance of FRP makes it suitable for coastal and high-humidity areas.

Material combinations should consider both functionality and economy. For example, composite wall panels can be paired with stainless steel frames to enhance structural stability, while roof waterproofing and floor slip resistance should be planned simultaneously to meet usage requirements.
