Zhejiang Intelligent Mobile Toilet Materials

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The material selection for intelligent mobile toilets in Zhejiang needs to balance durability, corrosion resistance, portability, and environmental friendliness. Common materials include metal materials, plastic/composite materials, and other functional materials, as detailed below:

Metal Materials: Balancing Lightweight and Corrosion Resistance

Aluminum alloy is the mainstream material for the framework and skeleton of intelligent mobile toilets. Its density is only one-third that of steel, yet its strength approaches that of ordinary carbon steel. Additionally, a dense oxide film forms easily on its surface, providing extremely strong corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for humid or rainy environments. For example, Hangzhou Rongdong Industrial Co., Ltd. uses galvanized steel sheets instead of ordinary steel in products for coastal areas, significantly extending service life through sacrificial anode protection of the base material by the zinc layer. Stainless steel is mostly used for internal hardware (such as water tanks and pipes) and door hinges. With a chromium content exceeding 10.5%, it forms a passivation film in the air, offering far superior rust resistance compared to ordinary steel, though at a higher cost, typically reserved for key contact areas.

Plastic/Composite Materials: Core for Waterproofing and Lightweighting

PVC panels are the preferred choice for internal partitions, wall panels, and roof panels due to their low cost and strong processability. Their closed-cell structure can completely block moisture penetration, and their smooth surface is easy to clean, meeting public health requirements. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (resin + glass fiber) is used for the outer shell or overall structure, with a specific strength (strength-to-density ratio) 3-5 times that of steel, offering resistance to acid and alkali corrosion as well as aging resistance, such as in applications in chemical parks or coastal areas where it can withstand salt spray erosion.

Other Materials: Functionality and Environmental Adaptability

Rock wool sandwich panels are often used for roof panels or partition walls. The rock wool fibers inside have a diameter of less than 5 microns, effectively blocking sound transmission (reducing noise by over 30dB), with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.03W/(m·K), offering better thermal insulation than ordinary concrete, and a fire rating of Class A (non-combustible). High-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels are used for the base and external decoration, with a tightly structured molecular chain providing an impact strength three times that of ordinary PE, and when containing 2%-3% carbon black, they can absorb 99% of ultraviolet rays, with an outdoor service life exceeding 15 years.

Material Combination and Environmental Optimization

Manufacturers in Zhejiang adjust material ratios based on usage scenarios. For example, Hangzhou Rongdong Industrial Co., Ltd. reduces the use of wooden materials and increases the proportion of aluminum alloy in humid areas; in high-temperature areas, they use light-colored fiberglass-reinforced plastic shells to reflect sunlight and lower internal temperatures. Additionally, material selection considers maintenance costs, such as the ability to locally replace damaged PVC panels at a cost only one-fifth that of fiberglass-reinforced plastic.
