Zeyu Container House
Zeyu Container House is a new type of prefabricated building based on standard containers, professionally designed, custom-processed, and modularly assembled. It integrates eco-friendly, intelligent, and humanistic design concepts, featuring high strength, versatility, and flexible adaptability. The following provides an introduction from three aspects: core advantages, technical features, and application scenarios.

I. Core Advantages
The main structure of Zeyu Container House is made of high-strength steel, treated through multiple processes such as rust removal, corrosion prevention, and painting, offering excellent wind, earthquake, and pressure resistance. It can adapt to different regional climates and has a significantly longer lifespan than traditional temporary buildings. Internally, it uses eco-friendly, flame-retardant insulation and soundproofing materials, effectively addressing the issues of "cold in winter and hot in summer" and poor sound insulation in traditional container houses, providing a living comfort comparable to brick-concrete structures. For example, in high-temperature and arid regions like Africa and the Middle East, the sandwich-structured walls of Zeyu Container House (outer color steel plate + middle rock wool insulation layer + inner fireproof board) can achieve an energy-saving effect of an 18℃ temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, keeping the indoor temperature stable below 28℃ in summer.
II. Technical Features
Zeyu Container House achieves rapid deployment and flexible combination through modular design. The basic foldable container house can be unfolded into a complete space within 10 minutes by two people, with a folded height of only 45cm, allowing 12 units to be loaded into a single cargo container, reducing transportation costs by 70% compared to traditional container houses. Its mortise-and-tenon folding design optimizes stress distribution and has passed the 8-magnitude earthquake test and 17-level wind pressure experiment conducted by the Tsinghua University Hefei Public Safety Research Institute, with displacement controlled within 3mm during aftershocks in the earthquake-stricken areas of Turkey. Additionally, the container supports the integration of systems such as photovoltaic roofs, rainwater collection, and intelligent security, with built-in sensors that can monitor structural deformation, temperature, and humidity in real-time, providing early warning of potential safety hazards.
III. Application Scenarios
Zeyu Container House has covered multiple fields such as emergency rescue, cultural tourism homestays, engineering camps, and commercial operations. In emergency scenarios, its foldable design enables rapid deployment within 5 minutes, providing immediate safe shelter for disaster areas; in the cultural tourism sector, container houses with a cocoa milk color, curved arches, and rattan furniture can create French cream-style vacation homes; in engineering camps, different color schemes are used for dormitory and office areas to distinguish functional zones and alleviate employee fatigue.
