Yushu Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation process of mobile toilets in Yushu typically follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging', with specific operations depending on the toilet type and site conditions, and in compliance with relevant standards.

Positioning and Site Preparation
Before installation, determine the specific location of the mobile toilet based on site planning, prioritizing areas with solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is uneven, it should be hardened or leveled in advance to prevent toilet tilting or damage due to unstable foundations. Additionally, reserve positions for water and electricity connections to ensure convenient subsequent connections.Assembling the Main Structure
- Split-type Mobile Toilets: Assemble the chassis, walls, and roof step by step. First, use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily, adjust it to a level position, and secure it. Then, insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and reinforce them with bolts or clips. Finally, install the roof panels and seal them to prevent rainwater leakage. This process usually takes 1-2 hours, with attention to the sealing of wall panel joints.
- Integrated Mobile Toilets (such as container-type toilets): Since internal decoration and equipment integration are completed in the factory, on-site assembly only requires lifting to the predetermined position and securing it, without the need for additional wall panel assembly, resulting in higher assembly efficiency.
Connecting Water, Electricity, and Equipment
Installing internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment are key steps. Water and electricity pipeline connections should be operated by professionals, but modular designs (such as quick connectors) can simplify the process and shorten the time. For example, the flushing system needs to test water pressure stability, the electrical circuit needs to check insulation performance, and the ventilation equipment needs to ensure smooth exhaust.Functional Inspection and Debugging
After assembly, conduct a comprehensive debugging:- Flush Test: Check the flushing force and drainage speed of the toilet to prevent blockages;
- Electrical Circuit Inspection: Confirm that lighting, sockets, and other equipment are properly powered on without the risk of electric leakage;
- Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking wall joints, roof edges, and door and window seals to prevent rainwater or odor leakage.
Integrated mobile toilets, due to their high structural integration, can have the overall installation time shortened to 2-4 hours.
Precautions: The installation process must strictly comply with standards such as the 'Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards. For example, the toilet height should conform to ergonomic principles, and the ventilation system should meet the required number of air changes per hour to ensure user comfort.
